Question: How about you try something new in Ask Ausiello this week and talk about Lost. Remember that show? —Eddie
Ausiello:
Hmmm… I think that’s the show I just got some exclusive casting news on. According to a well-placed insider, Fisher Stevens will resurface this season as the late George Minkowski. That’s the show you’re talking about, right?

Question: I’m literally dying for True Blood news. Please save me from dying a slow, painful death. —Demi
Ausiello:
Your life-saving scoop has arrived! It’ll take three villains to replace last season’s one Big Bad, Maryann. “We have a triumvirate of evil this season,” reveals exec producer Alan Ball. “I’m talking about Franklin Mott, Russell Edgington, and Debbie Pelt. They are all bad to the bone. They’re not just crazy, they’re evil.” Speaking of the yet-to-be-cast Debbie Pelt, Ball tells me that Alcide’s psycho ex will actually have a bigger role than first thought. “We actually beefed up Debbie,” he says. “She’s going to be in more episodes, so maybe that will have an impact on [what actress] we can get for her, which is a big question right now.” (Read full post)

Question: The latest we’ve heard about Tony and Ziva on NCIS is Shane Brennan stating that their relationship will remain status quo. Please tell me they’re not ending Tiva? —Jamie
Ausiello:
Strange. That seems to contradict what I’m hearing. According to my hairy NCIS mole, the Jan. 26 episode finds Tony and Ziva hopping a plane to the City of Love. That’s right, Tiva takes on Paris! And would you believe the hotel screws up their reservation and they end up sharing a room together? What are the odds?!

Question: Your Bones scoop last week was crap. The promos already gave away Booth’s nude scene. Got any legitimate scoop? —Barry
Ausiello:
When the show returns on Jan. 14, someone must contend with a positive pregnancy test. Legitimate enough for you?! (Read full post)

Question: Stop beating around the bush about Mark and Addison. What exactly goes on between them during the Grey’s Anatomy/Private Practice crossover next month? —Carrie
Ausiello:
Ever heard of the phrase, “Knocking boots ’til the cows come home”?

Question: Can we get some Mark and Lexie scoop? Seriously, we’ve heard everything about everyone on Grey’s except them. —Sophie
Ausiello:
Ever heard of the phrase, “Deep doo-doo”? That’s pretty much where their relationship is headed. Let’s just say Mark may not be the only one doing a little two-timing in the Jan. 14 crossover. (Read full post)

Question: Is Izzie really pregnant on Grey’s Anatomy? —Elle
Ausiello:
I’ll say this: ABC’s promo gurus are very sneaky! While we’re on the subject of Katherine Heigl, sources confirm to me exclusively that she’s taking another leave of absence from Grey’s — but this time her reasons are personal, not professional. Heigl will be going on a belated maternity leave to spend some QT with new daughter Naleigh. As a result, Izzie will be MIA for another string of episodes (most likely in early 2010.)

Question: Please tell me something will happen soon on Grey’s Anatomy that will make me stop hating the Chief! —Ann
Ausiello:
Would the sight of him falling off the wagon do the trick? ‘Cause that’s what happens at the end of this week’s episode.

Question: I need a Puck-centric Glee scoop! —Tammy
Ausiello:
Next week, he spills his guts to someone that he’s the father of Quinn’s baby.  And she doesn’t respond the way he expected. (Read full post)
