It’s not as serious as Batman: The Animated Series, but there is a lovable charm to it. This isn’t as bad as the 60s Batman show. IGN TV actually kind of likes Brave and the Bold. It’s a fun show. It shows a little bit more of the lighter side of Batman. I’m not saying that’s who Batman is, because he’s not, but it’s just a different take. Don’t worry, there’s always the Arkham Asylum game.
I totally LOL’d at shark repellent and Aquaman. Awesome.

Actually, this episode already aired in the UK a month ago. Sometimes earlier, sometimes later, but indeed, never easily predictable.
People are probably missing some context to make it slightly less cheesy: much like the Buffy musical episode, people are being forced to sing. This time, it’s NPH’s character, whose pitch hypnotically controls everyone around him.
It’s explained in the song “The Music Meister.” The episode already aired in Europe and was on YouTube for some time. If you can find it, you should watch that number.

For those of you griping that Batman didn’t have its fair share of “gay” musicals CLEARLY hasn’t watched the movie…. It is a musical but that doesn’t make it homosexually inclined. Stop being such a prat.

Brave & the Bold is now Timm/Dini Batman, but it shows another lighter side of the character. Christian Bale’s Batman is how’s been protrayed since the mid eighties, this is the Batman from the several decades before that. And it is a great spotlight to get kids into other DC characters.

I prefer Batman: The Animated Series over B&B, but this is a blast. The entire episode was posted a few weeks ago after airing in the UK and, I have to admit, I watched it several times. NPH is brilliant!
As long as this is a rare episode, I have no problem with it. NPH is great, the songs are great, and it is a brilliant as the “Once More With Feeling” Buffy episode.
