This could be funnier than a scrapbook full of high school portraits. For Bones‘ 100th episode, series creator Hart Hanson is considering rewinding all the way back to Booth and Brennan’s first tag-team assignment, he tells me exclusively.
“We alluded in the pilot,” he reminds, “that the first time they worked together — the time before the pilot — that it went very badly. They had a terrible time. So it would be really fun to do a flashback episode.”
However, it isn’t written yet, much less written in stone. “It’s in the bin of ideas for the 100th episode, but it’s a big bin!” Hanson jokes.

This would be so awesome!! B&B had to have some kick butt chemistry in the beginning,that’s why they fought. To see that hawt chemistry before they decided to hide it would be flaming awesome.

If they do, they had better include Zach in that episode. I like the “Murphy Brown”-ish way they keep rotating grad students in his place, but nothing beats the original, Zach, King of the Lab!

Yes, a good idea, IF Zack comes back for the episode. I know that’ll be difficult and expensive, however, considering Eric Millegan just moved to New York. And bringing back Goodman would be expensive. Considering expense, they may HAVE to do it for the 100th and not a random episode. I think David is set to direct the 100th, so that would be doubly interesting.
I think that would be awesome. One of my favorite things about the first episode was that they had a rocky past and how it affected their ability to work together on the first Bones case. I’d like to see what that rocky past was.
I’m cool with the idea, I would just prefer it not be the 100th episode.

JMHO: I want the 100th episode to focus on the present B & B relationship. A flashback episode is fine but not for the 100th.

That would be a start to making up for the mess of a season finale last year; BUT for the 100th episode they can do better.
