TNT has picked up Leverage for a 15-episode third season to air next summer.
The con artist drama, which concludes its summer run on Sept. 9 and then returns this winter to finish out its second season, has been averaging a healthy 4.1 million viewers.
I have a hunch this news is going to make a lot of people very happy. Go ahead and confirm my suspicions in the comments section.

Very good news. Next to “The Closer” this is my favorite TNT original.

Yes. This is my favorite show on TNT. I hope they renew Dark Blue. I know it is getting mixed reviews, but it is a good show and it has a great male cast that is great eye candy.

Agreed Dorian. This show has a great concept and characters, but some of the episodes are just way too far fetched or poorly written. I will say that I have liked the last two or three, so I’m hoping things keep improving.
This news has made me VERY happy! This is far and away the best show on TV (cable and network). This season has been top notch and just when I think an episode can’t get any better they prove me wrong! Plus another season of viewing the eye candy that is Christian Kane.. we’ll I’ll be smiling for days

Kat with a K here (I am evil). First thought? Awesome! Its like a modern day A-team (according to Dr. Mom who was a huge fan of Hannibal and the gang). I agree, but much better looking cast and no Mr. T, both huge pluses. And Christian is back.

Good news! I thought the first two episodes this season were weaker than usual, (especially the elliot-centric MMA episode, sadly), but it’s come right back into form since then. Definitely enjoy it.
Excellent news! Leverage has become my favorite show. The writers and cast do an awesome job of bringing the right amount of action, heart, and humor to each episode. Last night’s (8/26) is an instant classic.

Lisa: if you watched “Hustle” on CBC in Canada, then you have basically seen Leverage – it is a knock-off, and a pretty good one that, for the most part, deserves the praise it is receiving. Hustle is running on BBC Canada, should you want to give it a view.
