This just in: Scott Foley—late of The Unit and my beloved Felicity—has booked a guest appearance on Law & Order: SVU. He’ll play a real estate agent involved in a murder investigation in episode 4, “Hammered.” “I’ve been a fan of the show for a long time,” Foley tells me. “And the character was fully developed with addictions and problems both personally and professionally. Plus… it’s SVU, come on!”

Nice. I love Scott Foley and SVU. Season 11 has some great guest stars lined up so far, can’t wait for the new season
While I still have no idea why The Unit was cancelled, I am pleased Scott is getting quality work. He is so great on television. Every week he brings something fresh to his characters.

Is there any chance of NBC picking up THE UNIT? It would the best move they could make right now. They could use a good show like THE UNIT to fill at 10p.m. which is dead time for me. Now I’m watching SCIFI OR HGTV,which I like watching, but THE UNIT would be perfect.
