Not impressed by the new “chew toy” – he looks WAY beyond college years. And he’s really not that attractive – he looks like what we’re SUPPOSED to think is attractive.

Call me when this show is 1/1000th the entertainment value a of “Skins” – the saddest part is that the “Skins” cast is always real 16-18 year olds and youngsters that can act, not 30 year olds like on this piece of crap. Ask Jessica Stroup how angry she gets that she only stuck around for the opening scene of the series “True Blood”.
i can’t stand what they have done to the legacy of 90210. it used to be an innocent show about real teenagers with real issues… now they are anorexic, bulimic, snobby, rich brats who have nothing better to do than create drama. it is a sad testimony to what teenagers have become… this is the next generation we’re screwed.
why couldn’t they have just named it something else.

I agree @nnie – BH 90210 had characters you can identify with. We even saw them study (hehe). 90210 on the other hand is just about glitz and glamour.
I know it’s just 1 promo for 90210…but still the lack of the “main character” Annie played by Shenae Grimes is pretty obvious. I can barely tell if she’s in the promo for the show. I’m not complaining! Just observing
Yeah, I thought that was a little weird, too. I feel like Naomi is quickly stealing her spotlight. Let’s not forget that Brenda was the female lead of the original and she was gone after just a few seasons. (And Naomi is so the new Kelly).
I’m glad Silver is back to being funny again. She had too much emo time last season.

I really only watch for the old characters. This 90210 lacks – something. It’s just like every other teen show out there. It’s just set in Beverly Hills. The old gang at least used to be friends (most of the time) and hang out together (all of the time). These people barely even seem to like each other at all.

This is the first interesting promo I’ve seen for this show. Last year’s ads seemed very dated, and this is much more in line with Gossip Girl’s excellent ad campaign. Or at least it’s trying to be.
Ethan was hotter, this guy is a Ken doll and Silver’s sarcasm is so 1990. This show is lame. It’s for “indiots” lol see earlier post.
I think Ken is HOT and so was Barbie. I wouldn’t kick this man out of bed for eating biscuits.

Maybe, just maybe, they got tired of hearing people complaining about her, hating her and her acting and decided to giver her less time and just showing character that people really care hahaha

I think this show is very smart and even though people compare it with GG, it’s very different. I’m exited for season two and I’m curious to see where the unresolved storylines from season one takes us.
