Web superstar, Whedonverse vet, and Comic-Con staple Felicia is too damn cute for words, but I’ve come up with a few anyway: Funny, talented, beautiful, down-to-earth, smart, sincere, etc. But that’s old news. Here’s some new news: I met her for the first time over the weekend at the Con! And then I promptly grilled her about a Dr. Horrible sequel, her return to Dollhouse, and the nine million other things she’s working on at the moment. Press play below and see for yourself! And to see more of my Comic-Con videos, and other interviews and panels, head over to our Con hub.

Is it possible to get a manuscript post as well, for those of use who have followed you faithfully for years, yet can’t watch videos?
You know I never watch these videos. It’s never anything so pressing that I can’t read later in the comments or on some other Web site. Really, a manuscript would be nice.
First of all. I love Felicia.
Why is her voice so broken? Was she screaming a lot at the comic con?
i dont even remember her on DH, was she on the missing ep? Didn’t watch FF so don’t care for those ppl to come on DH.
as a deaf loyal follower, a transcript will be great!

@lorna, be sure to grab or watch Epitaph One and the unaired pilot. They are quite good.
It’s a gem. After that don’t forget to watch the movie Serenity
As fore Firefly…shame on you!
Hello.. deaf people ?
NOTE: This is NOT a verbatim transcript – just a summary of what was generally said. Here’s Part 1.
Ausiello: Tell me about “The Guild.”
Felicia: I write and co-produce and co-star in a web series called “The Guild.” It’s about a group of on-line gamers and how they interact on-line and off-line. Kind of like “The Office” for the gamer set. You can watch it at “Watchtheguild.com,” and it can be downloaded for free at XBoxlive Marketplace.
Ausiello: How did Dr. Horrible change your career/life? (Many got their first glimpse of you through that.)
Felicia: I’ve been doing “The Guild” for 2 years, because I love acting but can’t always do it regularly and wanted to fill my time with something other than video games (which I DO love). Joss is a powerhouse who has a huge fanbase, and a lot of those fans checked out “The Guild” and have been very supportive of me as a result. So “The Guild” got a huge boost from that.
NOTE: This is NOT a verbatim transcript – just a summary of what was generally said. Here’s Part 2.
Ausiello: When can we expect the Dr. Horrible sequel?
Felicia: “It’s that pesky Dollhouse, I think, that gets in the way. Not that that’s a bad thing.” There have been various ideas for other Dr. Horrible projects (Broadway play, movie, another web series), but Joss & Co. are all working on Dollhouse right now. So we’ll see. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
Ausiello: What about “Dollhouse”? Are you returning this season?
Felicia: I was in Epitaph One (the lost episode). Joss did say that he’s going to bring back some of “that future stuff.” Doing Epitaph One was cool because I got to carry a gun, and I asked the prop guy to make sure I didn’t look stupid carrying it, because I get really irritated by two things: actors who don’t hold a gun properly and actors who are holding an obviously empty coffee cup.
NOTE: This is NOT a verbatim transcript – just a summary of what was generally said. Here’s Part 3.
Ausiello: What else are you working on?
Felicia: My venue is the web. I love working in TV and film, but they are different worlds and I haven’t had much cross-over into those arenas yet. We have Guild Season 3 coming out Aug. 25. And we did a music video, which we premiered at ComicCon in our Guild outfits, that Jed Whedon directed and also co-wrote with me, called “Do You Want to Date My Avatar?” I also has a Guild comic that I’m doing with Dark Horse and I’ve got a couple web series that I’m developing.
Lorna, if you don’t remember her on DH, you need to lay off the weed. She was the love interest that the two “superheroes” were fighting over.
Lorna, have to say that Firefly is arguably the best thing Joss Whedon’s ever done. I was never fussed on Buffy or Angel but Firefly blew me away. It got cancelled way before its time. And it truly is a gem of a show.
BlobDob, I believe Lorna was using ‘DH’ to mean ‘Dollhouse’ not ‘Dr. horrible.’ And yes, she was in the unaired episode of Dollhouse.
Sorry, sorry, I mean BobDob
I have to agree… Firefly is by far my favorite of anything that Whedon has done, (followed probably by Dr. Horrible, Buffy, season 3, Dollhouse, and certain episodes of Angel)
