Comic-Con news alert: Dollhouse boss Joss Whedon just confirmed to me that Amy Acker has inked a deal to return for three episodes in season 2. There was some question whether Acker would be able to juggle Dollhouse with her full-time gig on ABC’s new drama Happy Town. Check back later for my exclusive video interview with Whedon and Eliza Dushku.

This isn’t exclusive news, it was aannounced in this interview 2 days ago.

Looking forward to seeing Eliza. She is so hot: http://www.actressscene.com/search/label/Eliza%20Dushku
I thought everyone knew she was returning for 3 eps. Whedon said that when they renewed the show.
So much for a “scoop” once again eh. I too saw this news a few days back.

This is a confirmation. As in, it was rumor before but it was exclusively direct-from-Joss-post-deal confirmed to Ausiello. So we all “knew” and were optimistic, but now we can be certain.
John, the interview with Joss from two days ago was hardly ‘a rumor,’ given that it was directly from Joss, saying exactly the same thing he is saying here.
Someone, somewhere *cough*Ausiello*Cough*
needs to ask Joss about Ripper. Is it officially dead?
Must See!!
