Shawn Doyle…even though he’s in his forties…he could pass as thirties. I’d actually watch the show then. David McCallum alone is not enough.

With Ziva off being tortured for a while, and only agents Gibbs, DiNozzo and McGee left on the team, why are they adding another MAN??? That said, I’d vote for either someone dark and interesting, like Gael Garcia Bernal, or someone bright and unexpected, like Jason Lewis.

I suggest Dominic Pace -he’s had some small roles, including an ICE agent last season on Cold Case. Tall, shaved head – would make a great tough agent.

it should be that guy that was just killed off from law and order svu, Mike Doyle. He’s actually a really good actor and has a tendency to get killed off. With the tendency of recurring characters getting killed (Paula Cassidy, Director Shepherd, Agent Lee, Agent Langer, Agent Pacci) he’ll fit right in
I agree on Belthazar Getty, he would be a good choice, he’s a fine actor.
I think Matt Czuchry would be a good choice too, I could see him as a NCIS agent.

Recurring character on NCIS are like the red shirts on Star Trek, short lived. He’s either going to go bad or be killed off, the idea of somebody going bad interests me maybe he could be connected to Vance somehow. As long as he doesn’t replace anyone on the team I’m good. As for potential actors…that’s a tough one, what about that guy who subbed for Grissom on CSI in season 7, I alwasy thought he was good at playing creepy.
