For best guest starring role, Alex O’Loughlin should win for his amazing portrayal of Vincent Rowlings on Criminal Minds, 4/29/09, “The Big Wheel”. Alex made me cry for a serial killer. I have never seen such a brilliant actor – Alex is headed for many Emmys and Oscars!

I thought that the Emmys did have a guest star category – and I second the idea that Alex O’Loughlin guesting as tormented serial killer Vincent Rowlings in “The Big Wheel” (Criminal Minds 4.22) should be the top choice. “Tormented” and “Serial Killer” should give a clue as to the theme of the episode.

If a Guest Star category had been included, I can see Alex O’Loughlin winning for his mesmerizing role in Criminal Minds, in the episode the Big Wheel. The finest acting I have seen on TV for a very long time.

I want SO badly to like Holly, but she tends to annoy me. Her goofiness just isn’t funny to me (unlike Michael’s). Especially so closely in comparison to Carell, who is always spot-on.
Also, I don’t get the chemistry between her and Michael that everyone raves about. All I’ve ever felt between them was awkwardness. I can’t buy her as his ’soulmate’.
That being said, I LOVE seeing Michael so in love and happy. He definitely deserves it. I just wish I could bring myself to like object of his love.
