A major character on a show we are obsessed with will commit suicide before the season is over — and no one will see it coming. The shocking death will send shockwaves through the show and the fallout will be immense.
Spoilerphobes may want to hit the nearest exit, because I’m about to give you a hint…
I learned of this death after I compiled my 2009 season-ending death chart, so it is not reflected on there. And it may never
be. It’s a DEFCON 1 spoiler, so I’m proceeding with the utmost caution.
I may, at some point between now and when the episode airs, stealthily
update the chart with this catastrophic development. Or I may not. Just
to be safe, you may want to refresh the page at least once a day.
In the meantime, let’s get those guesses flowing in the comments section. Just to recap what we know:

I vote Taub on House. Anyone who saw Tuesday’s episode would see that he’s getting more and more depressed over his life. And now has financial issues and he almost made a big investment decision. He’s not happy at the hospital or his marriage. Yeah, I see he’s a candidate for suicide.
I am sure it would rock House given he likes to needle Taub.
Other than that, I don’t see anyone else…

I hate to think it but maybe George from “Greys Anatomy” it would be about Izzie? TR Knight has been under utilized…
Everyone would expect it to be Thirteen given her major health issue. So I doubt it would be Thirteen if it’s House…

Is it somebody from Grey’s Anatomy? I noticed that despite the rampant rumors that either Izzie or George or both are leaving the show, you didn’t include GA in your death chart.

I’m going with Foreman on House. He’s the only character we hear so little about, and the one I’d least suspect.

The “DEFCON 1″ hint leads me to think of The Big Bang Theory.. But TBBT wouldn’t make sence… it’s a sitcom; suicide doesn’t fit.
It’s House. The most shocking suicide for that show would be House, but that would end the show. My bet is on Wilson or Cuddy–but I’d be really heart broken if it is one of them. I’d really like to see 13 or Taub gone, but those are too obvious.
If not House. I wonder if it’s George on GA. I can’t see it Izzy. Since everyone expects her to die. We know she needs surgery. Maybe she needs a new liver? Didn’t the cancer spread to her liver? Would she need a need a transplant. What if George sacrifices himself to give Izzy a chance? A new liver? Gives TK an out. I think the show would work to keep KH before they would keep TK. So George dies. Izzy miraculous survives…
But I still say House and Taub!

I’m guessing the show is House. The most shocking, out-of-the-blue death (for me) would be Wilson. Since he’s my favorite character, and I seem to have that kind of luck, I’m guessing it’s him.
Omar Epps committed suicide to end his run on ER, right??? Maybe he jumps in front of another train…
