Invasion star Alexis Dziena is getting hooked on E.
Sources confirm to me exclusively that the 24-year-old actress is joining the cast of Entourage as a rather unusual love interest for Kevin Connolly’s Eric.
What’s wrong with her? That’s just it — not a thing. She’s perfect. At least she sounds perfect.
Dziena will play the recurring role of Ashley, a beautiful, funny, smart, grounded, self-assured, non-Hollywood-type who, to everyone’s great surprise, develops an interest in Eric.
There’s got to be a catch, right? Maybe she’s Sloane’s younger sister. Or maybe she has man parts. Or maybe she exists only in his mind.

Who watches “Entourage” anymore and even if you do, who cares about Kevin Connoly’s “Eric” (the most non deserving individual to ever receive an award nomination)? Dude drains the humor out of every scene he is in.

Twist: she’s perfect for E and he actually realizes it! What would a truly serious girlfriend (with marriage potential) do to the group dynamics? One of the guys will hafta get hitched at some point… or maybe she gets pregnant.

She’s cute. Good for E. By Season 6, one of them should be developing a serious relationship. E would have always been the most likely. But hopefully there can still be some reappearances by Sloane to gum things up.

darn, I was hoping that Sloan and E would get back together but I guess not! hopefully this new storyline will turn out well and won’ be just a throwaway distraction of a tangent storyline like Burger and Carrie in SATC.
I cannot stand Alexis Dziena face, she is so unattractive. I cannot believe that Entourage is considering her! I couldn’t stand her in Nick and Norah!
My money is on the fact that there is no problem with her. What better way to keep people interested than by not adding anything wrong with her. People are already discussing what it might be and it hasn’t even come close to airing. So people are going to keep tuning in to find out what it is even if there is nothing.

Wasn’t Sloane beautiful, smart, funny, self-assured and grounded? So how is this chick any different? Personally, I’m hoping that E and Sloane end up together in the end, I really liked them together. Entourage has gotten so horrible though, I don’t know what the writers have planned.
