Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on 'Grey's,' 'House,' 'One Tree Hill,' 'The Office,' Supernatural,' 'True Blood,' and more!

Jan 14, 2009, 02:55 AM | by Michael Ausiello

Categories: Ask Ausiello

Greysanatomydempsey_lQuestion: C'mon, your info on Grey's Anatomy has been non-existent recently. Please give me some of the good stuff -- I want juicy plot goodness, Mer-Der related, preferably. -- Amanda
Ausiello:
I'm hearing something about a ring and a possible proposal later this season.

Question: Loving Lexie and Mark on Grey's. Anything good coming up for them? -- Mike
Ausiello:
They experience a little bit of a setback next week that's connected to this ABC teaser: "An injury leaves Mark in a compromising position in the ER." And now the official translation: McSteamy fractures his McPenis!

Question: What do you say you put aside your personal feelings and give us some One Tree Hill scoop. -- Tara
Ausiello: Okay, but just this once: Things are looking bad for the show's resident Tin Man (a.k.a. Dan). Like, really bad.

Question: Please, please, please tell me that the rumors about a new brother popping up for the Winchesters is completely untrue. Supernatural can do so much better than this stupid soap opera gimmick. -- Lindsey
Ausiello:
I'm hearing the title of the episode is "Jump the Shark." I think that says it all. (You're an evil genius, Eric Kripke!)

Question: Got anything on Supernatural? -- Kelly
Ausiello:
Dean's sex partner Anna is returning later this season. Presumably to hit that again.

Question: Burn Notice. Scoop. Now. Please. -- Dan
Ausiello:
Michael. Fiona. Sex. "There's an episode halfway into the new season where you'll see Michael and Fi get it on," reveals series star Jeffrey Donovan. "It's pretty steamy." But that's not the big news. THIS is the big news: "Michael will find out in the season finale who burned him." Was. That. Good. Enough. For. You. Dan?

Question: I'm looking for a juicy Jim/Pam Office spoiler. Can you help me please? -- Kayla
Ausiello:
I can indeed. A radiant Jenna Fischer told me at Sunday's Golden Globes that there are "some big Jim and Pam moments" in the post-Super Bowl episode on Feb. 1. "Pam gets some news that's pretty shocking, and it's something she and Jim have to deal with together," she teases. Speaking of the biggest Office episode in history, Fischer confesses that she's a little freaked out about it. "I'm nervous. It's so much pressure. We've always been able to fly under the radar; people find us slowly. This is, like, a big spotlight on all of us and on the show, and I'm more comfortable with less attention rather than more." Fischer can relax. Rainn Wilson told me the episode was aces, and Rainn Wilson doesn't lie. Speaking of which, scroll down to end of the column to see the fun little video I made with Wilson and his fellow Office mates at the Globes. I did it on this thing called a Flip Cam. All the cool kids are using it.

Question: Got any good intel on Heroes, specifically Sylar? -- Edward
Ausiello:
Zachary Quinto just shot the episode that introduces his real dad, played by John Glover, and he offers this critique: "He was the perfect choice," gushes TV son Zachary Quinto. "The only downside was that we shot our scenes outside in a tarpaulin shack and it was pouring rain for two days, so we were literally slogging through mud. The logistics weren't that great, but the experience was. It traded off in the end."

Question: What are the chances of there being a fourth season of Heroes? -- Tim
Ausiello:
Zachary Quinto is cautiously optimistic. "I don't make those decisions," he says. "I'm certainly hopeful. I'd love to be a part of the show for as long as it exists, but I feel like there's so much transition at NBC and in the industry right now that I really don't know. Those decisions are best left to others."

Question: Oh, how I need your scoop on How I Met Your Mother! -- Tamra
Ausiello:
You've hit the Mother lode today, Tamra: The show is not only casting Barney's mom but his wife and son. All together now: Whatchootalkinbout, Michael?! Seems that to keep Mom happy, Barney has long lied that he's married... with child — and has actors on standby to play the roles for her benefit. Mom herself sounds like a pip. Though she seems as pure as the driven snow, the fiftysomething confesses to the gang that when Barney was young, "I was a bit of a whore... a dirty whore." Good times. In totally unrelated news, you must watch this.

Question: Thanks for the awesome Q/A with House's David Shore and Katie Jacobs. Did you talk to Jesse Spencer at the Globes? Has he been frustrated by his lack of screen time, too? -- Brendan
Ausiello:
I did talk to Jesse, and, believe it or not, he says he "really enjoyed" all the downtime. "I've had time to pursue other interests. I think a lot of actors in this town, because there's a lot of unemployment, are afraid. But I decided, 'You know what? I'm not going to be fearful of this.' I know that the show is good. I know that I'm a part of the show. And I know that I'm still going to be part of the show, so I never really had a problem with it. And I think they did the right thing. Normally in Season 4, you have a slump. It's standard practice in a hit show for some reason -- season 4 always slumps. So they tried to change things up before that happened." That being said, two years of backburneritis is enough. "The last two years they've been integrating the new characters into the show," he says, "and now it's time that they brought us in more often." Amen!

Question: Got anything on House's 100th episode on Feb. 2? -- Aleki
Ausiello:
Sadly, I'm told Chase and Cameron aren't in it at all. In David Shore and Katie Jacobs' defense, they said C&C would be re-integrated next season. Patience, people.

Question: Are you kidding me? You tell us in last week's AA that the 100th episode of House is a gift from the TV Gods, and then you fail to explain what you mean? -- Christina
Ausiello:
When Cameron proves a most unworthy successor to her throne, Cuddy reluctantly returns to work and proceeds to take out all her frustrations out on House. She basically spends the entire hour terrorizing him -- i.e. stealing his cane, installing a tripwire in his doorway, screwing with the elevators so he's forced to take the stairs, etc. Good stuff. And if you're wondering why Cameron failed so miserably in Cuddy's post, Jennifer Morrison's happy to explain. "She's a little afraid of herself in that position because she has trouble saying no to House," she explains. "It's tough, because she knows first-hand that sometimes his crazy requests are ultimately very important. It was fun [doing the episode]. Hugh and I had a really great time."

Question: Okay, so Michael Weston's character Lucas isn't getting his own show, but the real question remains. Is he coming back to House? -- Cindy
Ausiello:
Doubtful. I asked David Shore about the character's sudden (and unexplained) vanishing act. "He did just kind of disappear," he concedes. "He came in when Wilson was gone so House could have someone new to play off of, but in a different way. But once Wilson came back, we didn't dramatically have a need for him anymore." Regarding the now-scrapped Lucas-centered spin-off, Shore says the decision not to move forward "had nothing to do with" Weston. Then what did it have to do with? "Beyond that, I can't say." (Memo to self: Do some digging -- there's a story there!)

Question: Anything momentous coming up on Sarah Connor Chronicles? -- Jesse
Ausiello:
Nothing aside from THE DEATH OF A MAJOR CHARACTER.

Question: Any news on whether ABC plans to air the final episodes of Dirty Sexy Money? -- Kevin
Ausiello:
No, but Blair Underwood told me at the Globes that he's headed to the set this week to "do some looping" on the probable series finale -- which indicates that the remaining episodes will at least be completed. Another piece of good news: "We're still under contract," he says. "They haven't released us yet." Underwood went on to confirm what I told you previously -- that there's a "big twist" in the final episode that "answers a lot of questions."

Question: Thanks for telling us that True Blood started shooting its second season last week, but could you tell me when the episodes will start airing? -- Katie
Ausiello:
This summer, which means season 2 will air roughly eight months after the conclusion of season 1 -- a lightning fast turnaround by cable standards. "Alan Ball is a very fast writer," explains an HBO source. In other True Blood news, I caught up with Sam Trammell (Sam) at the Globes and he teased that his new love interest (played by The Bold and The Beautiful's Ashley Jones) is up to no good. "I don't know the whole storyline, but I've read the first three episodes, and it's going to be really twisted and dark and exciting. She's got some serious secrets and questionable intentions."

Question: What's the latest on TR Knight leaving Grey's Anatomy? -- Peter
Ausiello:
I posed that question to exiting Grey's star Melissa George, and she claimed reports of TR's unhappiness have been greatly exaggerated. "The day the rumors came out we were doing a scene in the cafeteria, and the admiration for him and his set persona was so high and so brilliant, that we were all laughing about it." However, Melissa didn't deny that TR has been frustrated by his lack of screen time this season. "He's an extraordinary actor, and when you care about your craft, you want to work -- you want to use it. It's like being a doctor and they never give you a surgery...But you know what? The guy's got a future beyond Grey's, whether that's now or later, or whenever."

Question: Is Ugly Betty writing in Anna Ortiz's real-life pregnancy? -- Fran
Ausiello:
Kind of. Although Hilda won't be with child, I hear producers may work her imminent weight gain into the show, a la Daphne on Frasier.

That's all for this week, kids. Send questions/anonymous tips/random stuff to ausielloscoop@ew.com. But first, scroll down and click play. You might be disappointed, but I doubt it! (Additional reporting by Lindsay Soll)

Sadie Mon, Jan 26, 2009 at 10:40 PM EST

In regards to the potential new Winchster Brother... what if it's not Sam and Dean's brother, but John's brother!! Didn't Sam live with his Aunt and Uncle in California for a while before he reconnected with Dean?

pink Mon, Jan 26, 2009 at 02:29 PM EST

Mike & Fi sex YAAYY!!!
I just hope his "freakin" EX-fiancee is only there for 1 epp and does NOT EVER COME BACK! I hop Fi kicks her butt!!

T Sat, Jan 24, 2009 at 06:56 AM EST

I can't believe Cameron and Chase aren't even in the 100th episode!! How slack is that????
A third Winchester brother? Hmm no I like Sam and Dean as they are now. It would be weird with another one cos Sam and Dean have always been there for each OTHER, not another brother lol.

Where's the Gossip Girl scoop??

suzijacuzi Wed, Jan 21, 2009 at 05:09 PM EST

Not really sure the addition of another brother is the right way to go. HOWEVER, the writers and producers have made the show work so far, so I will take a wait and see appoach. I'm still not so sure that a real addition to the Winchester family is all it is rumored to be. Now, on the other hand, the return of Anna is another matter. Only in the universe of Kripke, can restored angels return to get a little boom-chicka-wah-wah! By the way, I always thought angels were male. Que sera, sera!!! I'll watch no matter what, cause I think this show is the best dramedy on TV right now. Anna's 2 episodes were just enough. A third time, I don't think will really be a charm.

Emily Wed, Jan 21, 2009 at 04:32 PM EST

Were you talking about Cameron? close ties to john, major character. are you flipping kidding me? riley was my pick to die, but she is not a major character. and it aint the titular star. you have to give us something.

To Caitlin Tue, Jan 20, 2009 at 03:17 PM EST

I totally agree about Mark and Lexie. They're so wrong for each other. He's like her older brother or like a very young uncle or something. Kind of incestuous, ewww... But I kind of want to see him with Izzie. Two tall beautiful people making beautiful babies. If not Izzie, then Callie cuz I thought they had a really great friendship/with benefits. ;)

Caitlin Mon, Jan 19, 2009 at 12:34 PM EST

I hate Mark and Lexie, aka Slexiepuke.

Enough of them!

I want some George now, and I want him to have scenes with Izzie. TR is so talented, and one of the best things on this show. Use him or I am done!

Isabella Sat, Jan 17, 2009 at 08:33 PM EST

A new brother on Supernatural? No way. That'd be the dumbest thing the show has ever done, not to mention it'd ruin the Sam/Dean relationship. This season has been great so far. Please don't screw it up, Eric!

Abby Sat, Jan 17, 2009 at 01:21 AM EST

David Shore and Katie Jacobs said that Cameron and Chase would be back as regulars in season four. And then they said the strike delayed things and they'll be back in season five. And now they're saying wait till season six.

Why should we believe them now? There's certainly enough time on the show for endless Thirteen and Huddy stories and even Foreman's got his own arc but they don't have time to put in Cameron and Chase. How about having them work with Wilson, who is also barely there these days?

I guess when David Shore writes "Everybody lies", he's speaking from personal experience.

kelly Sat, Jan 17, 2009 at 12:49 AM EST

nice, re: true blood. i like sam and can't wait to see him with Ashley....

Ash Fri, Jan 16, 2009 at 01:20 AM EST

hopefully the death of a major character on Sarah Connor is Riley..i can't stand her.

laura Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 07:46 PM EST

i just got a flip camera for christmas! It's fantastic.

Macy Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 02:18 PM EST

I totally agree about Brooke and Jullian on OTH, he would be a great addition. As for Grey's I'm so over everything they've given us this season.... and the fact that George is leaving makes me wonder if the show is going to keep going in this downward spiral! I miss the old Grey's i.e. season 2!! Whats going on w/ brothers and sisters anyone know????

Barry Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 12:37 PM EST

I trust Kripke and the Supernatural team. Hardly "soap material". If this happens, it's going to have a reason, and possibly consequences. Just like Dawn on Buffy, which got people all riled up as well. It always irks me when "fans" love the show, but then always complain when the show doesn't stay the same and actually shakes things up a bit. That's what good television does.

Lia Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 11:48 AM EST

One Tree Hill has kicked @$$ ever since it jumped 4 years forward. Got any dirt on what'll happen between B. Davis and Julian (could Julian become a regular, cause he grew on me and I really like him now so it'd be nice)

Adriana Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 10:10 AM EST

100th episode and no Cam and Chase?
What House episose wil be that one? Cam always said NO to House, to Cuddy to, pls watch seasons 01 and 02 again.
Katie J. and C are ruining the show. I used to love House and all the team, Wilson, the clinic, . Now? Just sad and getting 13 over and over ..:o((((

Lex Thu, Jan 15, 2009 at 01:31 AM EST

Mer. Der. Ring.
EEEE!!

Ashley Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:26 PM EST

I sincerely hope with all my heart that the 3rd Winchester brother is JUST A RUMOR..I mean, I know it might be cool to have another smokin hot guy on the show, but then again, I dont know if we can take anymore hotness, my TV melts everytime Supernatural comes on already. :P And I dont think anyone could do the Winchesters justice, John, Sam, and Dean were made to be Winchester, I cant imagine anyone else...except maybe that kid that played the young John in "In The Beginning"..He might've been okay...okay, I'm done rambling. :D

lorna Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:52 PM EST

one tree hill has pretty much sucked this season, so if dan dies, i'm pretty much going to stop watching. he's one of the few reasons (other than peyton and julian), why i keep watching this season.

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:47 PM EST

Happy to read that Anna is coming back to Supernatural. I like her and the new Ruby. I can't wait until tomorrow night for the new episodes of Smallville and Supernatural. CLOIS 4ever.

da Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:19 PM EST

Okay when i 1st read the title i was LIKE OMFG NOOOOOOOO...but now after the discussion with interracial friends from _____b l a c k w h i t e f r i e n d s . c o m _________Im loving the idea...like seriously!!!

Melissa Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:52 PM EST

The MerDer news is great! I'm so excited!

carebear Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 07:54 PM EST

Good Lord Kripke. Will you just kill Anna already? Nobody wants her back. Have her bitten by coma inducing spiders and buried alived. If it's good enough for Niki and Paolo on Lost then it's good enough for Little Miss Mary Sue.

Deysi Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 07:35 PM EST

Thanks for all the House scoop

Mister F Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 07:29 PM EST

Sounds like Pam and Jim are expecting! Meh, too soon if it's true.

Meg Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 07:20 PM EST

First of all, the Office is the only show mentioned that I really follow (though I love House). That being said...

My inital reaction to the spoiler was "BABY!", but then I started really thinking to the point of over-thinking. The more that I consider it, it just seems like a red herring. It could be something really minor, or it could be something really bad, like one of Pam's parents dying or having cancer or something. Which would be quite a downer, as it's a sit-com, but...I dunno. Agh, it's driving me insane! Good to know that Jam isn't being completely ignored...I've been really impatient with the last few episodes. I love Dwangela, but that major story line needs to end NOW.

sue Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 07:11 PM EST

is thomas gibson leaving criminal minds after this season

Claire Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 06:47 PM EST

In the past 3 seasons of Grey's Anatomy, the leads Meredith and Derek have had very few good spoilers (the one standout, Shonda's announcement of the house of candles at the end of S4) so it has taken us some time to digest that both EW and TV Guide have dropped this spoiler in the course of a day. Heck, TV Guide even referred to Derek as Meredith's fiance' . Got to thank you for an optimistic, positive, almost too good to be true spoiler about the core couple of the show. It's appreciated and gives me a reason to look forward to all the future epsides (even if they continue to involve Dead Denny:)

Kalie Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 06:45 PM EST

Thank you for the "Supernatural" scoop, but I'm wondering why they're even bringing Anna back. I couldn't stand her & it has nothing to do with the fact that she got to have sex w/ Dean. She was just downright annoying & they had almost no chemistry. I think the majority of SN fans have no desire to see her return, unless it's to kill Ruby.

Maggie Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 06:44 PM EST

Oooo! Meredith/Derek PROPOSAL?! Now, THERE'S something! As for Mark and Lexie… no comment. I'm debating whether or not I like them. But a "compromising position?" That could be ANYTHING.

CandyMaize Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 06:13 PM EST

Thanks for the Supernatural scoop .. I'm relieved that it is sounding more & more like there's more to the 3rd Winchester brother rumor than just simply adding another character to the show ... (I'm always along for the ride though .. which is how I feel about Anna's character coming back .. whatever the reason/storyline .. I'm along for the ride)

Lindsay Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 05:56 PM EST

So does Mcsteamy's injury mean we won't have to watch any more pathetic sex scenes with Lexie? I hate that couple.

However, I am happy to hear about MerDer.

Kaite Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 05:37 PM EST

Megan Mullaly does the voice of the mother on HIMYM, she should BE the mother too! She's hilarious and gets along great with the cast (as you can see from her talk show with them as the guests).

Amanda Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 05:04 PM EST

Thanks for the Grey's scoop! I saw the print article and just assumed the writer had misunderstood... it's almost too good to be true. Woohoo!! :D
Too funny about Mark... poor guy! The Grey sisters seem to have a habit of causing problems in that department... :P
Eh on the TRK news... wish ABC would resolve it and confirm it either way now, it's getting really old.

Mairynne Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 05:01 PM EST

I think I've got this Cameron/Cuddy thing figured out. The theory: If Cameron succeeds as admin then Cuddy can't come back right away, otherwise what's the point of the storyline. And if Cameron stays as a temp admin she'll have more interaction/arguements/bickering with House which would lead to House/Cameron fans getting their hopes up about them getting it on. And I suspect Shore and Jacobs and the other clowns want to kill that hope before it can begin to keep everybody focused on the House/Cuddy track.
The only problem with that: Why even include the whole storyline? Get some other guy from the board (there's plenty of them)with plenty of experience to do it and don't make Cameron look stupid, cause really what's the point? There must be so many people on that board with way more experience and it's not like Cameron and Cuddy are best friends forever, so why...why?

Nahele Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 04:55 PM EST

The nerve! No Cam and Chase in the 100th epi? Well, those milestones might not mean a lot to the producers, but have they ever stopped to think that they might mean something to the fans/the actors?
And the Cameron-thing sucks, too, by the way. Why does she need to be dumbed down so Cuddy looks smarter? Either let Cuddy be the moronic teenager (who's the one with the school girl crush, now?) or portray her as smart. You can't dumb her down by having her play pranks to get her crush to notice her and have her run a hospital!
And you have a character that's been evolving from the start (=Cameron) and what do you do? You kill all the evolvement! I'm sorry, I don't see the logic here.
This is turning into a soap opera and I don't like it.
And as for 13: So she has Huntington's. We know, it's sad. Stop using it as a way of creating more screen time. She goes both ways, who cares? She is so uninteresting it's painful to watch. But even she gets more screen time than Cameron? That's just rude

Callie Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 04:44 PM EST

He really needs to cover more Terminator: The Sarah Connors Chronicles stuff. I'm sick of it always being about Greys and House (which are good shows, but so if TSCC!!). We know that there is going to be a major character death, we could use a hint as to who (Riley!!).
TSCC is so underrated just because it's different. It's not a doctor show or a cop show so it gets shuffled along.

Scott King Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 04:09 PM EST

"Jump The Shark" was also a name of an "X-files" episode in it's final season.

Luisa Borges Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 03:57 PM EST

Thanks so much for the House scoops.
I´m really looking forward to the 100th episode, I´ll cool the bubbly to celebrate!

Michael Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 03:37 PM EST

Pam is having a baby.

Amanda B. Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 03:37 PM EST

Wow, Jenna Fischer has a ton of make-up on in that video.

Mike B Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 03:33 PM EST

Whoever Amanda is that said the scoop on Grey's has been non-existent is NUTS!
Between Grey's and House they got 7 of the 19 scoops. Hey Ausiehole, there are other shows.

mara Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 03:02 PM EST

Thanks for the supernatural scoop! but what does "jump the shark mean?" i hate Anna. why is she coming back? when she come back, won't she be and angel? won't she be an holy being? how can she do it with Dean again? that is just sick! :(

pink Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 03:01 PM EST

I was just wondering do you have any scoop on Leverage? I love that show and hope it does not get canceled!

Wow Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 02:46 PM EST

Jennifer Garner did NOT have Michael Vaughn kicked off of Alias, for the love of God. Why are people still bringing up crap from five years ago? HE chose to take a break to pursue movies, as well as put some distance between him & Jen. She had nothing to do with it.

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 02:39 PM EST

my god cuddy is evil!! i cannot wait for the episode!! i wanna know what house odes in all of this!!

Jeri Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 02:37 PM EST

I'm glad the writers are in charge of character arcs and not the fans. The angry whining people b_t_hing cuz the plots aren't to their liking are a real downer. It takes the enjoyment out of watching a show when a bunch of disgruntled "fans" think they should be in charge of plots. Go get a job writing a hit show if you think you know so much. Thanks Ausiello, some of us appreciate your tips & spoilers.

Kayla Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 02:29 PM EST

Asking Melissa George anything is a waste of time; she's nothing but a big mouthpiece for the powers that be (unless it's her own hide she's protecting, like with her whole "It was my choice to leave" BS).

When it comes to TR Knight, he's obviously unhappy, and who can blame him? His "storyline" is lousy!

But Melissa also lied like this for the Alias people (and the person she keeps kissing up to, Jennifer Garner) when she claimed that Michael Vartan wanted to leave the show.

Melissa, you're best off just keeping your mouth shut.

Sorry, Aushole Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 02:24 PM EST

Big Shots was cancelled, so you won't be seeing Michael Vartan that way. I miss him too!

Mary Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 02:23 PM EST

I have GOT to defend the "Third Brother" Supernatch rumor with some INTELLIGENCE. Okay, so almost everything behind the Supernatural plot is biblically based, correct? So, if anyone has read a little book called GENESIS, it's actually a pretty freaking great idea. I'm serious...Cain, Able...Seth... IJS. It's hardly pure soap material, even if it is an empty rumor. Kripke does his research for every myth the Winchesters encounter. I'd trust him to do no different with this.

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 02:10 PM EST

Mike, Jesse Spencer is a polite guy putting a good face on a bad situation, unlike this a-hole David Shore, for not including Jesse & Jennifer Morrison in the 100th episode. What a diss to Jesse & Jen & just as importantly, to their fans.

buccaneer Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 01:39 PM EST

We already _know_ about a big death on Sarah Connor Chronicles!! We knew since Comic-Con! I'm sure other exciting stuff is going to happen that you could report.

ellka Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 01:07 PM EST

thank goodness there is no third winchester brother! i had kind of figured that, but didn't want to be totally presumptive...sometimes i wonder how eric kripke gets all his work done if he spends so much time creating ludicrous rumors just to watch the bloggers freak out.

Aushole Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 01:07 PM EST

When's Big Shots coming back to ABC? Loved that show and miss Michael Vartan!

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 01:07 PM EST

Wow, way to piss off fans, David Shore & what a slap in the face of the actors who made this show a success. No Chase & Cameron in the 100th episode - guess I won't bother watch, I have no interest in 13 or the Huddy stupidity.

Jenn Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 01:04 PM EST

Hate to ruin your teaser moment but TV Guide already spoiled the Mer Der engagement in this week's issue by referring to a revealing moment about Mer's fiance's intern days. Any scoop on Lipstick Jungle? Is it really over?

Future Eva Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 12:46 PM EST

Thank you for the True Blood scoop. I can't wait to watch the next season.

Trish Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 12:29 PM EST

And what do they choose to show on the 100th episode. So more child play between House and Cuddy? Please. These two are getting so old, I can predict all the jokes and reactions. Way to go writers, more Boreteen and Huddy. Definitely not tuning in!

meme Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 12:27 PM EST

NO Jesse and Jen in the 100th episode? ARE THEY KIDDING ME? As if they didn't help make this show a success. So disrespectful, makes me SO ANGRY. That's how TPTB treats they actors as well as their fans.

cdawg Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 12:18 PM EST

Is the first question serious? All Ausy ever does is give us Grey's scoop! Every week. And I'm so sick of it

DiDi Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 12:17 PM EST

Michael and Fiona get in on?!?!?! YES.. I want them to get together so badly, can you imagine how hot their kids would be? Huge news about the finale too, thank you! Can't wait for the premiere, only a week from tomorrow away!

Sherrie N Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:58 AM EST

Thanks for the info, I had a feeling there was more to the third brother rumor, and it doesn't make sense to introduce someone so late to the game with the apocalypse. However, I don't see why Anna is coming back and Dean is going to sleep with her? First of all, her body should have been destroyed and if angels are so unfeeling as she puts it, why is she having sex with Dean? This ep sadly sounds like a re-hash of Heaven and Hell, with Anna most likely on the run from Heaven, Dean helping her and pitting himself against the angels and they have sex. I get why the first time, but I don't see why it has to happen again. I hope the show isn't telling me screwing Dean allowed her to feel more as an angel. I don't think I could handle so much crap, especially after grace trees and grace in a bottle eps.

Nick Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:57 AM EST

I can't say I trust Jenna Fischer when it comes to spoilers anymore. The last time she said we would learn something "shocking" about Pam, it was the stunning revelation that she wore glasses. Gee, what a bombshell.

Jae Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:41 AM EST

All this lovely scoop and I found out from some other site that there are people leaving Ugly Betty? what the frak!

Dee Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:33 AM EST

All this HOUSE scoop and not a word about what's ahead for Wilson? Robert Sean Leonard is one of the best things about the show yet we get nothing regarding his character?

Tori Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:27 AM EST

I don't think Cameron's going to be incompetent. She worked with House for three years and would be keenly aware that House's crazy risks often pay off. That would make it a lot more difficult for the common sense side of her to say no when experience tells her otherwise.

But ugh, to the lack of Chase and Cameron in the 100th episode. I mean, to the show, probably just another episode (and no longer having the same significance, since House is already syndicated all over the place), but still. They were part of the show's original success, it seems sad to leave them out.

Armygrl Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:16 AM EST

Thanks for the Supe scoop- But I really don't want to see anymore of that skank- er angel, Anna. I had hoped that she was rotting in hell. What about Cas? Is he coming back?

Lisa Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:06 AM EST

Man, Mikey what a way to ruin my day.:-)

Great. Cuddy reduced to a cartoon character playing pranks on boorish House (foreplay probably). Cameron regresses as a character and can't say no to House to make Cuddy look good? Is this the same woman that was in his face S1-3 telling him to get real? No Cam or Chase? Probably five seconds of Wilson playing the Huddy Whisperer. Wow! Bad. Just. Bad. How much more am I expected to take of this mess??

Vanessa Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 11:00 AM EST

One Tree Hill is mentioned in the title as well but nothing in the story....Where is it?????

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:52 AM EST

That Supernatural scoop about Dean and Anna, TMI.

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:49 AM EST

Whoa, what a slap in the faces of Cameron and Chase fans. On the other hand, David Shore has said that he doesn't get the beef with milestone episodes, so that's probably just another episode for him.

As for Cameron not being able to fill Cuddy's shoes, well, we all saw that coming. She was only being used as a plot device, anyway. Seems like that's all Cameron and Chase are there for these days.

Shonaille Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:42 AM EST

Yay, SPN is continuing their tradition of only bringing women on the show to be saved or screwed or both by a Winchester. Very lame SPN, very lame.

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:33 AM EST

Tell me, Ausiello, will this Huddy crap be permanent or temporary? If it's a permanent thing, tell me now, I'd rather detox now than sit through more episodes of Huddy MD. Even Hugh can't save the show for me then, although I've watched the show for all the years now mainly because of him. Hope DS will be happy with only Huddy fangirls and Thirteen lovers as audience.

Kelly Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:31 AM EST

Thanks for the spoilers on Supernatural. I am excited to see what is with this brother but Anna not so much. I don't like Anna at all. Is a little Castiel spoiler too much to ask?

Sally Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:29 AM EST

"I can't decide what David Shore is better at: ignoring Cameron altogether or assassinating Cameron's character. Cameron has been giving House his own back since mid-season two, thanks. To make the incompetent Cuddy look better by setting up Cameron is massive fail on Shore's part."
Couldn't have said it any better! And WTF is up with no Cameron and Chase in episode 100 - they hugely contributed to the show's sucess, they were there since the pilot and have a huge fan base, and then no Cameron and Chase in the 100th episode at all?! This sucks!!! Just like the show sucks in this entire season, I don't even recognize the show I love so much ever since the very first episode aired! Too bad I'm so addicted to it, it's so hard to start not caring anymore :-(

Jessica Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:28 AM EST

Yay MerDer engagement!!! It'll probably still be a while till we see the wedding and the house built, but Yay engagement!!! I can't wait to see that scene, and more MerDer scenes. I love that picture at the top. And I'm loving Mark & Lexie too, can't wait to see where this is going. And I have to say the same for Cristina & Owen too! lol I'm really digging these 3 couples right now. Actually, haha, I love Alex & Izzie too. I don't mind the Denny story because I know why he's there from what Michael told us ages ago, but I hope it comes out soon. Come to think of it, I'm much happier with Grey's this season. I just want more airtime for MerDer. Woohoo!

Lauren Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:22 AM EST

TUDORS? When is it starting? What's going on? Help me out!

Ann Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:18 AM EST

Battlestar Galactica is comimg back from a year hiatius and not one little peep to entice with???!!!

Kat Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:16 AM EST

Thank you so much for the Burn Notice scoop. Yay for Michael and Fiona!

Emily Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:11 AM EST

Wow I am about to stop reading your column because all you talk about is Grey's Anatomy!

Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:09 AM EST

ugly betty??? fringe???? desperate housewives????

Brian_izzle Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 10:04 AM EST

No Smallville scoop? It comes back Thursday! Are they going to do season 9? that and supernatural are the only reason I tune into the CW....Also where is the 24 scoop? and what about Lost? ...just 7 days left!!!!

Yogi Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:59 AM EST

Mark and Lexie: that is going to be so hilarious. Mer and Der: the logical next step is marriage and life together minus roommates, and Hilda's weight gain should offer up a few laughs

kathy B Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:49 AM EST

If Anna comes back, won't she be an Angel without the appropriate body parts to hit?

harry Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:44 AM EST

any scoops on legend of the seeker and crusoe?

E Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:43 AM EST

Why can't Megan Mullally play Barney's Mother? She did her voice in past episodes.

Ellie Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:41 AM EST

I can't decide what David Shore is better at: ignoring Cameron altogether or assassinating Cameron's character. Cameron has been giving House his own back since mid-season two, thanks. To make the incompetent Cuddy look better by setting up Cameron is massive fail on Shore's part.

Kate Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:37 AM EST

Thanks for the Supernatural spoiler. Eric Kripke is indeed an evil genius so I trust him not to turn his great show into a soap!
McSteamy fracturing his McPenis should be so much interesting than Deady and I truly begin to love him with Lexie. It brings something else to his character ( like 3D instead of being a 2D character ).
And about Jesse Spencer, he's truly a diplomat! But he's right : it's time that they brought him in more often... I'm not very hopeful though since he's not even in the 100th episode of the show!!

Boo Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:35 AM EST

I wish they would just ignore Anna's pregnancy if they don't want to write it in. The Daphne thing on Fraiser was just stupid. They did that on Will and Grace too when Debrah Messing was preggo. It works better when you either write it in or just plain ignore it. Sure we know that she is pregnant, but oh well!

Bob Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:34 AM EST

Hey Jenna Fischer - you're on a hit tv show, go BUY yourself a Flip HD camera - it's under $300, I'm sure you can afford it. Gross.

Lana Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:33 AM EST

No Chase and Cameron in the 100th episode? That's just disrespectful to Jesse Spencer and Jennifer Morrison. They were there from the beginning and have helped make the show a success. They could have at least made an appearance in this important episode. But no, we get more Boreteen and House/Cuddy acting like 12-year-olds instead. This show has seriously reached a new low.

Jason Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:31 AM EST

If Terminator kills of Brian Austin Green, I will be furious, he is the best actor (not actress) on that show.

vivian Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:22 AM EST

thanks for the scoop on my two favorite shows, greys and supernatural.

Alex Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:14 AM EST

I can't believe Cameron and Chase aren't in the 100th episode. They were there since the beginning, they deserve to be there much more than Thirteen. There's no justification for this, Shore and Jacobs have been fooling us for almost two years, what a pair of hypocrites?

Nic Wed, Jan 14, 2009 at 09:11 AM EST

So what's the deal with Lipstick Jungle? NBC promoted the last episode as the season finale and not the series finale. Is it over or will it be back?
