You rock, Maddy and Irene! My dad loves Smallville; he loved comix all his life and he's a bigger Smallville fan than I am. There was a good article, I forget where but back in Fall 2001 it talked about how Smallville was what the country needed a show like Smallville after 9/11, a show about this uniquely American hero.

Shiny Mon, Dec 1, 2008 at 11:24 PM EST

Ahh! I love Davis Bloome. I am hoping against hope that he'll remain a permanent fixture on Smallville, but I'll take him any way I can get him; brooding paramedic, smashy Doomsday, spattered in gore maniac, you name it. I love this season and Clark and Chloe are better than ever; the whole cast has been amazing this year. I'm all for a season 9 and that is not something I can say of most shows on the air. Don't know how or why but Smallville keeps getting better and better and better...!

Doug Fri, Nov 28, 2008 at 12:22 PM EST

Smallville is the best show on TV. Why is it ignored so much. This season has been awesome. I hate that we have to wait until 1/15/09 for new episodes. Chloe is one of my favorite characters. I hope Clark saves her. I would hate to see her become evil. PLEASE LET THIS SHOW RUN ALOT LONGER AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SMALLVILLE STAFF!!! YOU HAVE A HUGE FAN BASE OUT HERE... PLEASE CONTINUE TO DELIVER......

Kevvieg Tue, Nov 25, 2008 at 03:01 PM EST

The writers have definitely taken their own spin on the comic book version, but I can handle that. Chloe didn't exist in the comics. As for Lana, the person who called her "alien-eyed" needs to get a life. Kristen is of Dutch / Chinese heritage and she's beautiful (as are Chloe & Lois - no ugly people on "Dawson's Creek goes to Krypton")
I think it's unfortunate that Lex isn't around or that they couldn't have tied up the loose ends before the actor left. We really don't have much insight as to why Lex grows to truly HATE Clark / Superman. It looks like this could be the last season. I hope the storylines improve so they can go out with a bang.

YAM Sat, Nov 22, 2008 at 05:41 PM EST

More Thirteen . Thanks for giving us news about thirteen (Olivia Wilde). I really would have preferred to see thirteen with other couple may be House But we will see how they handle the relationship between thirteen and Foreman.

hannah Sat, Nov 22, 2008 at 04:55 PM EST

House and Cuddy already kissed. Sheesh how many more couples can they make. And the smallville episode was amazing!!!! I Love The Whole Lois and Clark romance.

marty & irene Fri, Nov 21, 2008 at 06:57 PM EST

I can't believe there are so many fans of Smallville. We are in our 60's and just love these new episodes with Clark and Lois. Glad to see Lana out of the picture. Keep up the new episodes coming for big fans.
Thanks

ky0_Sama Thu, Nov 20, 2008 at 10:30 PM EST

I like how you can tell no one in the forum actually reads comics. ~Disclaimer~: I love Smallville, and I think the work they're doing with the series is great, but I don't understand how they can retain the continuity they've been fighting so hard to keep at least somewhat true to the original mythology when they introduce the only villain to ever actually KILL Superman before Clark even learns to fly... Doomsday isn't supposed to have motive, he just kills sh*7; Humans, animals, plants, literally any form of life... and he isn't supposed to speak! I'm reallllllly curious to see how they're going to resolve this little conflict they've created, since Doomsday has always been physically more powerful than Sup's... Anyone else here wondering that??

Nerwen Aldarion Thu, Nov 20, 2008 at 07:51 PM EST

Mila, I thank you for your words. I'm a Clois fan and have been since she showed up on season 4 while I have seen many Chlark fans bash Erica repeatedly I'm so glad that you are not one of those people.

I love Chloe and did a dance for joy when I learned she was staying for season 8, I danced even more when I saw this story line developing between her and Davis.

That being said I love Lois and Clark and can't wai to see how this season develops with their burgeoining feelings for each other. As much as it hurts the Chlark fans (and I feel for you) the truth of the matter is that Lois and Clark are going to end up together, the comics, the movies the Adventures of Lois and Clark all make it clear that these two are destined to be together.

Chloe is always going to have a special place in Clark's heart though as is deepest and truest friend, and I sincerly hope that the writers continue to write Chloe wonderful storylines to come

Asia Thu, Nov 20, 2008 at 06:52 PM EST

The couple making out on House will obviously be 13 and Foreman... We heard some interviews where it mentioned they will get closer because of a study 13 will participate in which Forman is supervising, and the hint was:
7+7 = ? For(man)+(thir)teen

ta-dah!

Alexa Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 10:08 PM EST

ahh i think the cliffhanger for Daisies probably involves Chuck, Ned, and the aunts!! that WOULD be a huge huge huge cliffhanger!!!
i really hope they don't cancel!!
the cliffhanger BETTER not be Ned and Chuck accidentally making phsyical contact or something, that would majorly SUCK.

mari beth Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 03:33 PM EST

Thank you Ausiello for all the scoops. It might be a bit early for a House/Cuddy kiss-then again, I really hope it's them. Not forteen, please! We are suffering enough this season w/so much 13. If you have any influence over TPTB, could you please, please tell them to get rid of 13? She is ruining the show!

James Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 12:35 PM EST

What a f***ing liar; exclusive scoop, never-before-seen my a@s. They showed this over on the CW website 5 days ago! It's been on youtube already for crying out loud. What a d*ck.

E Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 12:21 PM EST

Did I miss something . . . why is Papa Smurf looking in through the window??

Kristine Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 10:10 AM EST

Question: Are you freaking for real? You can't just say two people are going to be making out on the Dec. 9 House and not say who! -- Reina
Ausiello: My math sucks, so help me out here: What does seven plus seven equal?

Ummm... Forteen?

Mila Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 12:29 AM EST

Anyway, back to the actual spoiler... I can't wait for this episode. Doomsday crashes the wedding! *gushes* Aside from Chlark, I'm really enjoying the Davis/Chloe/Doomsday/Chloom/Chlavis storyline and I can't believe he kidnaps her. WOW! I wonder what set him off. And sorry, but why is Chloe is getting married at such a young age? Why the hell is her wedding in Clark's barn? An even bigger question, why the hell is Clark giving her away? Where the hell is Gabe? You know, Chloe's father, father as in the person who's supposed to give the daughter away at a wedding? I'm confused, but nevertheless, still highly anticipating this episode:)

Mila Wed, Nov 19, 2008 at 12:20 AM EST

Why is it assumed that ALL Chloe or Chlark fans hate Lois? Not every poster that says something terrible about Erica and/or Lois is a Chloe and/or Chlark fan. I do NOT appreciate being generalized like that. I love Chloe and I like Chlark whether it happens or not. And I don't hate Lois and I think Erica Durance is gorgeous. I've been in and out of various sites over the past years since SV's pilot and Chloe/Chlark fans are NOT the only fans who say terrible things about the Lois/Erica. And I've seen some awful things said about Chloe/Allison and Lana/Kristin from many, not all, but many Lois/Clois fans. But I don't generalize and ridicule the entire fandom because of a few bad apples because each ship have they very own bad apples, I've seen them. So please address who you ridicule personally because when you say Chloe/Chlark fans you're referring to the whole fandom and that includes me and in that case your comment is completely wrong. Thanks:/

Roland Salvador Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 11:24 PM EST

They're getting married in Clark's barn.. really? (LMAO!)

DOODIE Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 11:21 PM EST

Why is that skinny alien eyed skank Lana back. God just as the season was acutally getting good they bring in her! Chole does not deserve jimmy. she needs to be with Davis and hate her too. Lois is awesome!

betty Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:50 PM EST

i love smallville and erica durance is doing a fantastic job as lois lane!

as for house, that show is just getting crappier by the minute. and the kiss is probably between foreteen because it's going to always be about 13 and her illness. oh boo hoo just die already and put the audience out of our misery.

Angie Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:11 PM EST

Um...No offense, but Chloe/Clark is never going to happen. Isn't time for fans to just get over it and accept their friendship as it is? Chloe won't turn into Lois. That's just the way it is.

MichiLynn Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:05 PM EST

I am SICKENED by The Insiders "new" video of Anna Nicole Smith... How can Lara Spencer stomach this crap. The woman DIED (along with her son) from drugs and they are capitalizing on her behavior and slurred speech. SICK! We do not want to watch this- it's like watching a car wreck. WHO IS MAKING MONEY OFF OF THIS NEW VIDEO???? Pass on the message- maybe someone at the show will get a clue!

isagill Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 08:44 PM EST

i am looking forward to watch chloe and dooms in this future episode. i am very intrigue about them i hope chloe recover her memories soon i miss my chlark team

Audrey Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 07:20 PM EST

Were you reenacting a Huddy scene? Makes perfect sense: she wasn't your first option, no chemistry there and she almost abused you sexually!

*sigh* Gonna wallow in self pity, call me when House's scoops are about House/Cameron again.

Ps: Papa Smurf!

jessica Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:17 PM EST

love the scoop but your a bit late already caught it at Livejournal.com

Scififan Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:08 PM EST

Ausiello, Forgot to ask. Do you have other exclusives like Chloe pics to share? No one has relased pics from the following episode with Dooms and Chloe taken over by Brainiac yet. You could be the first. :D
XOXO

Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:00 PM EST

Seriously!! Those of us who are fans of Lois don't go around bashing Chloe and making up stuff about her just to make ourselves feel better...everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but some of you need to know when to grow up and keep your mouth closed.

Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:56 PM EST

Season 8 of Smallville is the best season yet!!! Bride looks awesome =) Thanks so much for the scoop.

I really hope this isn't the last season of Pushing Daisies :( :( I'm still keeping my hopes up but it's not looking good... it's reminding me of those ferris wheel days for Everwood.

Luisa Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:56 PM EST

They so haven't promoted Pushing Daisies this season! It's like they gave up on it before the season even started. I mean, there was one week where they didn't even bother making a promo! They air about 4000 commercials for the other two shows on the Wednesday night lineup, then maybe like two for PD.

I can't believe they're axing the best show on television.

54Alot Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:48 PM EST

I don't understand why this Nobody Chloe Sullivan is inbetween/involved in the storylines of the Hero and Villian. What about my Nois? I mean the Hero sacrifices his happiness/parthner/confidantso she can be safe by being a dumbshit (mind-rape her) and the villian is beyound obsessed with her. WTF PS3, who am i suppose to root for again? What is my Nois doing..oh i forgot she is SWFing Chlarky moments!
Emm... can u guys tell i hate Nois? coz i swear i do!!!

UncleMarty Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:43 PM EST

For all you people making comments about Erica Durance's (Lois Lane) age, think about this...she's younger than both Tom Welling (31 yrs old) AND Michael Rosenbaum (36) - So complain about your Clark and Lex being "old", not Erica.

Kalie Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:40 PM EST

Thank you for the "Smallville" clips! I'm looking forward to this episode. I'm enjoying this season very much. I wish they would give Chloe her memories back, but I understand if they don't, since Chloe is not a part of the original Superman mythology. It's a better option than killing her off when the series ends.

Michelle Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:22 PM EST

Thanks so much for the Smallville clip. I love Chloe and Jimmy together. They are too cute. Chloe does not belong with Clark, that ship has sailed. He belongs with Lois and Erica does an amazing job portraying her. This season has been the really good so far, keep up the good work!

minderbinder Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:14 PM EST

"Why is middle aged Lois even in a series about twenty something peoplez? This is not Smallville, the manopause years."

You do realize that the actress who plays Lois Lane is only a year older than Tom Welling, right?

minderbinder Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:07 PM EST

It's looking really bad for Pushing Daisies, and it looks like ABC is going to handle it in the worst possible way. Seriously, would it be so hard to let them do a two hour series finale and wrap up at least some of the loose ends (even in whirlwind fashion)?

Or even let them have 18 or 22 episodes this season to really finish things off? I could totally live with that, even if I'm sad about the show ending.

I know networks have zero loyalty to their audiences, but at least they should realize that ending a show gracefully versus pulling the plug mid-arc probably makes a huge difference in DVD/itunes sales and rentals.

I watch tons of shows years later on DVD, and if I like them enough I buy them. Something like Sports Night or Studio 60 ends well enough after a season or two that it's still worth watching - why would I want to invest time in something like Jericho or Las Vegas that I have heard has zero closure?

time4bedlam Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:06 PM EST

House and Wilson will finally be taking their bromance to the next level!

Scifi fan Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:01 PM EST

Ausiello,

Thank you for the scoop on Smallville. It is very much appreciated by this Chloe fan. You've come thru for us and helped prepare us for the worst. I'm begging for more spoilers about Chloe after the wedding. Will she get her memories back? Will she be mad with Clark? Will Doomsday hurt her? Anything you can share would be helpful. Thanks again for what you've given out so far. It is much appreciated by people like me. XOXO

Jordana Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 03:55 PM EST

As always, those SV Chloe fans are a classy bunch, aren't they? Just really a credit to the character, and the actress that plays her. I'm sure Allison Mack would be so proud.

But anyway, thanks for the SV scoop, and video. Looks like a great episode! SV has really been revitalized this season, and its better then ever. Clark has been awesome!

johnny Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 03:16 PM EST

smallville is every young boys dream.to not follow the org. story line is crap. who are your screen writers? you should let them stay off work.i could do a much better job.

Brett Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 02:32 PM EST

Why do all these people: (a) Hate Erica Durance and/or the character of Lois Lane, and inexplicably think she looks too old for the cast (they don't all have to be the airbrushed teenyboppers that usually adorn CW shows)? and (b) Why do people place so much stock in the character of Chloe, who's only become interesting in the past couple of seasons after developing a backbone and learning of Clark's secret?

Lowen Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 02:22 PM EST

I love smalleville. i hope they dont kill anyone....um, and that HOUSE kiss is going to be between Foreman and 13- just wait and see.

K Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 02:21 PM EST

I'm not sure if it's hilarious or sad that some people post such ridiculous things just because they can't accept that Clark ends up with Lois and not Chloe. Erica/Lois is gorgeous and I'm sure those peolpe who say she looks old or whatever would be lucky to look half as beautiful as her. Lois is my favourite character and if you can't see how great she is, your loss. I can't stand Chloe anymore, but I would never start bashing her or AM like that. It only makes you look pathetic if you post stuff like that. Lois rocks and I'm really gonna miss her while she's gone!

Alex Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:56 PM EST

Ugh, I hope to God that it's a Huddy kiss and NOT Foreteen. More Huddy please. Foreteen just doesn't work.

Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:49 PM EST

Erica Durance is younger than Tom Welling. Stop trying (and failing) to be clever and deal with it. Or stop watching.

Aaron Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:44 PM EST

Why is everyone blaming ABC? They've promoted it pretty well. It's the public that's not watching and, if you remember, network television is a business.

Luisa Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:44 PM EST

Please, please, please be HOUSE AND CUDDY the kiss from Dec 9th. It'll restore my faith in the world.
It would be just perfect.
By the way, love Season 5, Hugh, Lisa and Robert are doing an amazing job.
Ausiello love your scoops, please keep them comming and elaborate more on this upcomig kiss.

Boycott ABC Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:42 PM EST

If Pushing Daisies is cancelled i will never watch ABC again, which has most of the shows i watch on TV. ABC WHY ARE YOU AXING SUCH AN ORIGINAL SHOW... SHAME ON YOU... WHY NOT CANCEL WISESWAP...

Jill Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:27 PM EST

My heart breaks that Pushing Daisies is probably at its end. Such a great show that deserves love from the network, instead of some of the other garbage that is out there.

jk90 Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:26 PM EST

That's the big exclusive? We wait though all the other crap to see a blurred shot of some monster's foot?? What BS!

Evefr77 Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 01:10 PM EST

Let it be House&Cuddy! The perfect unorthodox real complicated relationship currently on tv!

Ausiello has admitted to becoming an obsessed Lisa Edelsein fan so it must be House&Cuddy!
He would not get excited like that about kissing JM or OW! LOL!
www.huddy-online.com/forums

Michelle Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 12:48 PM EST

Gotta say the tease about seeing Doomday is lame. Anyone who saw the trailer for this week's episode, SAW Dooms already! Other that him, I'm not real excited about Bride. I can't stand Chloe and Jimmy, I'm still kinda mad at Clark, and I don't want Lana within a 1000 miles of Smallville. But yay for Dooms!
As far as House...please don't be House and Cuddy. Please. The very idea of them is giving me an ulcer! Damn you David Shore!
Pushing Daisies...right now my money is on a Ned/Chuck/Lily/Vivian cliffie. Wouldn't it be wild if Lily and Vivian found out that Chuck's alive? Or something with Ned's twin brothers. If that really is the end (hint, hint ABC!) then I'll deal. Bryan Fuller said that we'd get answers via some other medium, if necessary.

Bella Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 12:20 PM EST

All these stupid Chloe fans need to stop it. Clark is the real draw of the show, not his sidekick he never had romantic feelings for. Its a Superman show, not One Tree Hill, i don't care who he's with, its not going to be me, so what difference does it make?? Get a date girls and stop living vicariously through fictional characters

Melly Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 12:17 PM EST

Its about time you showed Smallville some real love. The show has been on 8 seasons and has never been better:)

John Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 12:12 PM EST

Lois and Clark- the best mother-son team out there!

sapphire Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 11:44 AM EST

It's unbelievable that people choose to rip on Smallville's Erica Durance because they are "Chlark" fans. Erica is a very talented and beautiful, youthful actress who is playing a role you happen to disagree with. I have been a fan of Lois and Clark since the Dean Cain/Teri Hatcher show. But I happen to think Allison Mack is also very beautiful and talented and I love her portrayal of Chloe. So please stop with all the hate.

Robert Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 11:37 AM EST

From what Bryan Fuller said lately in interview, it would be impossible to just tack on an ending, because there are so many balls up in the air, plotwise at the moment, that at best he could only tie up one thread. He can't actually resolve 6 or 7 plots that had been building all season in one 42 minute episode.

Rebecca Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 11:21 AM EST

Thanks for the Smallville scoop! Can't wait for Doomsday! And, too bad it's not Clark and Chloe getting married instead.

Glad to see Chloe and Jimmy's wedding be the disaster it should be.

Dave Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 11:05 AM EST

I'd suggest an interview with someone a little different than the usual suspects, Ausiello. How about Doomsday himself, Sam Witwer? It could be cool hearing his take on the current season.

I always love hearing from Erica, and there have been plenty of interviews with Allison. How about Sam or even Cassidy Freeman?

Mariko Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:58 AM EST

Thanks for the Smallville scoop! I hope we don't have to sit through a lot of Chloe's crap wedding in a barn to Jimmy. I loathe them as a couple and I hope that when Chloe gets her memories back everything will go back to normal, with Clark finally choosing between his two types of girls for the last time.

Any chance of a Q&A with Allison Mack about her first time directing?

welch Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:55 AM EST

this is the first time in a long time that smallville has been any sort of good. and by the way, all the backlash against clark taking chloe's memories of his powers? read "identity crisis" by brad meltzer. it's a graphic novel that deals with the justice league mind wiping villains to preserve their secret identities.

Carrie Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:37 AM EST

Thanks! Here is hoping that we can get a nice old reset after this wedding to put Doomsday back in it's box, break up the Chimmy, restore Chloe's memories of Clark, and then with Lana back, get back to the triangle that actually has always driven the show -- Chloe/Clark/Lana. It will be nice to leave the pretender to the throne out of the episodes for a while. Thank goodness.

Smallville fan Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:36 AM EST

Why is middle aged Lois even in a series about twenty something peoplez? This is not Smallville, the manopause years. It is Smallville the early years, before Clark becomes Superman. Clark is 21 so why is Lois looking like she is 40. This isn't about Clark and a cougar. Get rid of that awful, fake Erica and hire a cute 21 years old to play young Lois in young Smallville about young twenty something people involved with young Clark before he becomes old Superman. Get with it!

CaptTom Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:34 AM EST

The one character that I'm actually starting to feel for is Jimmy. I never liked this guy before, but he's trying to get things right. He clearly adores Chloe and has made peace with Clark. This guy is being put through a lot of tests. It should be interesting to see if he can deal with being married to Chloe.

Lois looks absolutely gorgeous, and Chloe has never looked happier in the show's 7 and a half season history.

Chloe doesn't have Clark's secret any longer, and that's how it should be. Clark will never be a fan favorite, because there will always be those who think he treated their fav character wrong. Clark is a great hero, and he's done what he thought was right based on the apparent misery that has come to Chloe. Chloe is far better not knowing Clark's secret. They once made a great team, but the responsibilites of knowing the secret have burdened her life. Clark did the right thing.

I don't expect the fight with Doomsday to amount to much.

Jo Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:28 AM EST

House and Cuddy need to get it on. They're the best, most interesting and entertaininhg couple on TV in a very long time.

Amy Leigh Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:11 AM EST

It's gotta be a House/Cuddy kiss that he's talking about. That would make the hiatus that much easier to take.

Now for Smallville, I can't wait to see what PS3 retcon this week. Perhaps they'll have Clark tell Lana he never really loved her at all & realize that Lois is the only woman for him. I thought nothing could be worse than AlMiles, boy was I wrong. They better fix their mistakes after this episode & the hiatus. Chloe needs to have her memories restored. I thought it was a horrible decision especially on our supposed "heroe's" part to decide what's best for Chloe. I felt like PS3 ruined the show that I have loved for 7 years in a matter of 42 minutes and some odd seconds last week. If this is the way it continues to go, I hope this is the last season and it ends with Clark dying at the hands of Doomsday.

ccs Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:11 AM EST

Gaaaawd, PLEEEEZE GIVE US SOME HOUSE/CUDDY LOVE!!! *is excited*

Lauren Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 10:08 AM EST

For those who can't/won't watch: Pushing Daisies fans (me me me!!!)will be angry if the last episode is the series finale because it ends with a huge cliffhanger involving Chuck, Ned and 2 other characters. There's no money to film an alternate series finale ending. On December 9 two characters - a couple - on House will take a major step forward in their relationship. Smallville clip shows some Clark-Lois wedding well-wishes to the videographer, cut to Clark walking Chloe down the stairs of the barn, cut to lights going out and everyone running and screaming, cut to Chloe holding Jimmy telling him to not leave her, cut to Doomsday scooping her up and walking away.

CC Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:55 AM EST

House and Cuddy is vomit-inducing. Ditto Cameron and Chase. I'm going to guess it's Thirteen and Foreman, because they are not about to make House actually be a part of a couple.

mike Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:51 AM EST

Can someone please transcribe the major points of this things for those of use with no sound on our computers at work since Ausiello is too full of him self to give us this information without having to sit through his boring ass self-indulgent videos. Please.

Sally Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:48 AM EST

Oh pleeeease, don't let it be House and Cuddy, I've just managed to forget about that gross "kiss" from "Joy"! I'd rather see House kiss Hector! Or Thirteen and Foreman (my guess actually)!

@Whoa... (Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:18 AM EST)
Funny - thinking about all the fangirlish "squees" after the Huddy kiss in message boards and chats... new drinking game for teenage Huddy fans?!

Sadie Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:48 AM EST

I am completely disgusted with ABC for this Pushing Daisies limbo -- the network has not spent a sniff on advertising the show this season, yet it is still trying to make Private Practice happen. Please ABC, see the light and don't give up on this show.

DUSTIN Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:46 AM EST

The only thing i'm not looking foward to in this episode is Lana's return she is the one character i'd be glad to never see again. Other than that this season has been great I love the fact that Louis is getting more airtime this season.

Lois and Clark rock! Haters, get over it. Clark/Chloe = vomitting. Clois is the best part of Smallville.

Davis is Doomsday

Ikka Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:17 AM EST

Thank you for the clearer version of Smallville's director's cut. Now I can actually pause it and see what really happens. Thank you.

It's a shame though that some fans feel the need to bash the actors just because they don't like the character they're playing.
Erica Durance is a great and beautiful actress, just as every other member of the cast.
This site is great, but reading every time such childish comments makes me visit it less.
Anyway, thanks again for the clips.

Smallville: Clark erasing Chloe's memory...real nice guy, treating a lifelong good friend and ally like that, who helped and fought alongside him in the best of times and the
worst.
I hope the memory thing isn't permanent and when Chloe's remembers everything especially the memory erasing, you think she'll be...a tad upset ?!!!!
I never thought I would say this but I like to see Clark end up with Lana instead of Lois, in this reality anyway and eventually get into the tights and flights for the last season
or last episodes of "Smallville", like Chloe said "the people need to know there's a hero out there."

Winona Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 09:07 AM EST

Is it Thursday yet?!?!?

EarlGrayHot Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 08:47 AM EST

Clark's look says "I can't believe you said something so utterly stupid!" and makes clear he can't stand Nois; she could never be anything other than his last ditch rebound girl. Clark stunbles over his words in the video, making clear he has very deep feelings for Chloe and it will be very difficult for him to walk her down the isle. Clark's smile is a plastered-on fake. Nois does become more annoying with every ep she's in; she remains a total waste of screen time.

Chloe will always love Clark and it's obvious that feeling is mutual. Clark rebuilt the freaking Fortress for her, risking another encounter with Jor-El so he could help Chloe. Such a monumental act all for Chloe. Chloe will always love him; she is just being mind-raped by Brainiac and forced to marry a guy she doesn't love.

Can you give us any info on how or when Chloe will get her memories back so she can once again be Clark's closest friend and confidante? I really love Allison as Chloe!

Christina Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 08:42 AM EST

Well, it can't be Foreman and Thirteen!!! And that's just because they will start that trial in episode 10 and then what? One week later they decide to start making out??? Not so much House-like... Then, Chase and Cam are already a couple so there would be no need for teasing us with the phrase "we can go ahead and call them a couple". I think it's House and Cuddy!!! Besides, KJ said that there is a very satisfying personal surprise that involves them on the Christmas episode! So... yeah, my hopes are up for MORE HOUSE AND CUDDY HOTNESS! (hey Ausiello, please tell us when we can expect Huddy sex!!!!*grins and winks*)

MC Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 08:26 AM EST

Chloe looks so happy. Too bad she's married to Jimmy. I wish they would tone down Lois. It's cute in moderation but since she has much more screentime this season, her loud and condescending attitude towards Clark can be hard to take.

I'm looking forward to seeing Lana again!

Jade28 Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 08:10 AM EST

PLEASE LET THE HOUSE KISS BE HOUSE AND CUDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will probably be Foreman and 13 YUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCK!

Alex Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 08:09 AM EST

Oh god.
I really do hope that "couple" is going to be House and Cuddy.
Seriously, we have waited so long for something to happen between these two, it's nerve wracking.
:D I can't wait.

whatever Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 08:07 AM EST

Huddy? Hameron? Smushed up ship names are stupid and those might be two of the worst. I thought Grillows from the CSI fandom sounded dumb but these might beat that.

Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 07:55 AM EST

IMatt, you must have missed last week's Smallville. Chloe was being taken over by Brainiac, so Clark took the crystal and rebuilt the fortress so Jor-El could heal her. She's no longer infected. However, the fortress is...

Sara Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 07:26 AM EST

My Huli and Huddy heart wants to have another Huddy kiss, but I'm sure it's too good to be true. Two kisses and a light fondling, all in a half season? I'll start forgiving David and Katie for being Hamerons a while ago, if this happens.

SueB Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 07:03 AM EST

Way to go SuperScooper! You ALWAYS bring the goods. How about an AM interview? I'd love to here her take the episode after next (and she's directing soon too).

IMatt Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 06:48 AM EST

Brainiac is controlling Chloe right? So after Doomsday kidnaps her, are they going to merge in some way?

Can Lois be anymore annoying? Get out of my face Lois!

Snarf Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 06:44 AM EST

Entertaining as always.
Smallville looks amazing.
So will Chloe be Doomsday's undoing the way Lana was Bizzario's? Discuss!

Liz Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 06:11 AM EST

Oh! And I love your videos as always Mr Ausiello.

Liz Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 06:08 AM EST

Well, I dearly hope it'll be HUDDY!!! Those wonderful characters would made an explosive, sarcastic & so enjoyable couple to watch! Heck, even a Chameron's kiss would be really nice.
But realistically, I think it'll probably be Foreteen... which will be, I don't quite know yet...
About the Smallville part, I really don't care.
About Pushing Daisies, I really hope they won't cancel that great show. Plus, I love Anna Friel.
Now please, more Grey's (Mer/Der!) scoop please please please!

SOODOUGH-MEET Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:34 AM EST

I hope it isn't Foreteen because, while I LOVED the huddy kiss, two make outs in one season? I mean, considering we were lucky to get one in the past... it tells me that the show is desperate and... getting a little trashy. I hope it's Huddy again. Thought I don't think we can consider them a "couple" except in the most literal sense of the word. As in... two individuals.

Domenica Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:32 AM EST

Please be House and Cuddy. PLEASE. I really hope with all my heart that it is. And as for Pushing Daisies, that show is too genius to be cancelled! And Kristin Chenoweth is too good in it.

Whoa... Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:18 AM EST

"no more Huddy kisses. the first one was gross enough."

Oh, hey! Mind if I call you blindy?

Oh, Blindy. You know, I'd really love to see some of your "Hameron" fanfiction some time. Ooo maybe we can call each other on the phone and "squee" like "fangirls" every time Cameron batts her eyes at House. It's like a drinking game, except for us 13-year-olds!

Christina Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:15 AM EST

Hey Ausiello, thanks for the scoop! Smallville clips look fantastic!!! But what I really want to say is... PLEASE TELL ME THE HOUSE COUPLE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT IS HOUSE AND CUDDY!!!! PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE!!!! You can't tease us like that when we expect them together for 5 years now... *puppy eyes*

Reina Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 05:14 AM EST

If this kiss involves House and Cuddy. I will start believing in God. Two in one season? Maybe I should start looking at some theological literature! Though... Huddy can't really be considered a "couple", can they? So I'm thinking Chase and Cameron because Foreteen hasn't even been introduced yet let alone established as a couple. If it is Huddy and I find out that you called them a couple... I'll just... I'll love you forever! I'll preach the word of Ausiello's scoop form the highest mountain tops. I'll also most likely send you creepy e-mails fruitlessly professing my heterosexual love to you. And pining. Much like Cameron does over House but more pathetic (if that's even possible).

Amy Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:36 AM EST

How much more can I take of the bad news concerning Pushing Daisies? this show is so loved and is getting the raw deal by the network. Don't tell me for a minute ABC does not have enough money to shoot a proper ending (minus a cliffhanger)for this show because we all know differently. What a lovely show that this network is not giving it's all to save.

Jessica Jaye Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:20 AM EST

OMG! The way Clark's face drops at Lois's remark cracks me up. LOL!

dk Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 04:11 AM EST

is martha kent EVER coming back? she and jonathan were really the heart and soul of the show. i still love it, but it just doesn't seem complete without at least one of them to help keep clark grounded.

but YEAH lana
