Rumor Patrol: Is 'Grey's Anatomy' Killing Hahn? Who's Gay Now? Is 'Daisies' Done? Thiessen to '90210?'

Ausielloscoop_l Nothing sucks harder than heading into a weekend with a bunch of nagging, unanswered TV-related questions hanging over your head. Good thing you have me to separate fact from fiction. Here's a rundown of the rumors du jour -- and the truth about them.

Privileged snagged a full-season order. Sadly, this one is fiction. The CW has yet to give the ratings-challenged gem a back-nine pickup, although the net did place an order for two more scripts last night, bringing them to a new grand total of four additional scripts. Hey, every little bit helps!

Pushing Daisies has been axed. Fiction. An ABC insider insists that no final decision has been made re: Daisies. (The net has until mid-January to order more episodes.) But with production set to wrap early next week on the show's 13th and possibly final episode, there's little reason to be optimistic. (This also doesn't bode well.) At least, as EW's Lynette Rice reported exclusively, if the series bites the dust, Bryan Fuller has said that he'd return to Heroes. Silver lining, kids!

Grey's Anatomy is killing off Dr. Hahn! I'm 89 percent certain that's fiction. A promo for next week's episode showing Callie in tears has led some to conclude that her ex-lover, who made her final appearance in last night's episode, will be done in off screen. Highly unlikely. Not sure exactly why Callie was crying though. Maybe she's upset that she had to find out she was a lesbian by reading it in a press release?

One of Kings' main men is gay! Fact. A major character on NBC's buzzy midseason drama does come out midway into the premiere. It's a cool twist, so I'm going to resist the temptation to spoil it and offer this clue instead: The gay in question has just landed a love interest in Michael Arden, best known as Parker Posey's assistant on ASP-s Return of Jezebel James.

Tiffani Thiessen is doing 90210 2.0! Fiction. Truth be told, I just made the rumor up so I could bring you this piece of exclusive scoop: Thiessen has joined the cast of USA Network's newly greenlit pilot White Collar. The potential series centers on the relationship between a con man (Chuck's Matthew Bomer) and an FBI agent (Carnivale's Tim DeKay). Thiessen plays the wife of DeKay's character.

The show at the center of my latest blind item is Pushing Daisies. Fiction. The Daisies set is the opposite of a nightmare. I'm stunned any of you would even go there. (Additional reporting by Andy Patrick)

Jenna Fawn Brown Thu, Nov 13, 2008 at 12:45 PM EST

Daisies must survive! My sanity depends on Wednesday nights. A dose of Daisies followed by a shot of Ghost Hunters helps to keep the monster of unemployment from devouring my spirit. Daisies reminds me by the end of every episode that tommorow is another day full of endless possibilities and hope for the future. Life is uncertain and we should not take one second for granted. ABC PLEASE SAVE OUR SHOW!!!
The world needs more Daisies and Pie!
PS: are there any others out there who feel like a Who yelling at the top of our voices, "we are here!"?

Angie Wed, Nov 12, 2008 at 11:11 PM EST

I cannot believe they're thinking of dropping Pushing Daisies! What is ABC thinking?! THERE IS NO OTHER SHOW ON TV LIKE PUSHING DAISIES! With the economy in such a dreadful state the country NEEDS a show like Pushing Daisies to make us forget reality. Something sweet, witty, and full of beautiful bright colors. I feel like crying knowing that they're going to stop making this show.

reesetess Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 06:54 PM EST

Pushing Daisies is cute, and that's about it, belongs on the CW or something.. I know I won't miss it..
So Cancel Puching Daisies, and keep Boston Legal on PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

reesetess Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 06:52 PM EST

Kill of Hahn, why make it sad, fire the witch, like she deserves

MareCadTITANIC Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 05:26 PM EST

I am sad the Daisies might be gone. BUT I am MORE concerned about my beloved JERICHO. GO JERICHO RANGERS
N U T S !!!

Bethann Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 05:02 PM EST

ABC can't cancel "Daisies"!! This show is so great and is truly unique. How can we save it?

Franko Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 03:45 PM EST

I am totally bummed that ABC didn't put Pushing Daisies in it's midseason program...what can we all do to save this show? Obviously the petition didn't help at all :(

Fred Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 02:20 PM EST

All of these shows suck. Get a life

Meg Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 12:32 PM EST

I knew that the blind item wasn't "Pushing Daisies"...have you seen the Comic-Con videos? The cast loves each other; it's too sweet for words!
ABC really has a gem on their hands with "Daisies"--it's brilliant and the best show on television! Innovative, quirky, witty, and romantic, ABC would be completely out of their minds to cancel it...then again, they said they'd do a really big marketing push to get everyone to know about "Daisies," and obviously the push wasn't that big, looking at the numbers. Unfortunately, the numbers shouldn't matter--it should be the QUALITY of the show (remember that, networks? When a show had quality and substance?) If a show like "Knight Rider" gets picked up for a full season, and "Daisies" is denied it...well, I've lost my faith in TV. ABC, you have a phenomenally talented group of people working on "Daisies"! It's a FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT, AMAZING, GORGEOUS, LOVELY, SUPERB, 5 STAR + show! At least give the writers time to wrap up the story! Renew it!!!

Spencer Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 11:14 AM EST

NBC has scheduling holes all over the place. Ben Siverman says that he wants NBC to be an escapist network. Wouldn't Pushing Daisies be perfect there? It wouldn't work on Crimetime CBS, but might work on CW. Heck, I might even start watching the CW if Pushing Daisies went there. Actually, I like that more. Move Pushing Daisies to the CW, especially since PD and the CW are in the same corporate family.

cRAIG Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 10:01 AM EST

no silver lining: Heroes is done. i'll certainly miss Pushing Daisies, but i'm not surprised. yet another in a long line of shows too good for television...

Kevin Tue, Nov 11, 2008 at 01:24 AM EST

haha Amelia, I was totally going to post exactly what you said!!! F*** the silver lining! Hope that Pushing Daisies stays for as long as it can! I haven't watched and episode of Heroes and don't plan on ever doing it. If PD gets cancelled I will lose hope in ABC and all of television.

Amelia Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 11:21 PM EST

Screw the silver lining, I want "Pushing Daisies" to stay! It is such a sweet, witty, funny, original, eye-candy filled show. Who wouldn't want to keep it?

Emilee Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 07:12 PM EST

All this talk of Pushing Daisies possibly getting canceled just makes me want to cry. I absolutely love everything about that show.

Isabel Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 06:26 PM EST

Pushing Daisies is the BEST SHOW ON TELEVISION. Why is it that people can't see that the reason it is so good is that it's different from the cookie cutter cop shows or remakes of other countries shows or even reality dancing/coupledom/journeyman shows?

All of the characters work and each actor brings something different and unique to their characters. If PD is taken off the air, it would be a horrible horrible no good very bad day.

Cara Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 05:53 PM EST

Pushing Daisies is only the best show on the air. I want me more pie!!!

Belle Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 03:29 PM EST

Silver Lining my Ass!! I love PUSHING DAISIES. It is such a sweet & refreshing show. It amazes me, Knight Rider get renews which is pure trash but ABC can not renew a quality show like PD. And yes, I know Pushing Daisies and Knight Rider are on two different networks but my point is good quality low rated shows always get the axe and stuff like Knight Rider gets a full season. Just imagine if Cheers or Seinfeld premired now instead of the 80s/90s. Both would have been axed their first or second season because both shows were very low rated shows but the network gave them a chance to find an audience. Hopefully one of the cable channels (AMC, USA Networks, TNT) will pick up Pushing Daisies.

joze Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 02:32 PM EST

NOOOOOOOOO! i love pushing daisies!
funny how the writers striking to get more money ...will lose their jobs...wow!

Mike Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 02:22 PM EST

Wow - Pushing Daisies is totally a Sunday night show! Whoever suggested that way up there is spot on. Extreme should move to 6:00, Pushing at 7:00 and the rest of the schedule remains the same. It would be the perfect blending of shows.

paige Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 02:18 PM EST

I AGREE WITH JULIE ZIEMBA! Even though I still watch Heroes- i do not, have not, and will not care about this show as much as i care about pushing daisies. I'm praying it doesnt get cancelled and I think they should rework the schedule with a Pushing Daisies/Ugly Betty/Desperate Housewives night.

Julie Ziemba Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 12:49 PM EST

Bryan Fuller's move to Heroes following the cancellation of Pushing Dasies is NOT a silver lining. That is like saying you got shot in the chest but then found a penny on the ground, so now you feel better. You wouldn't, and either will we if PD gets axed! ABC, please do not cancel Pushing Daisies!!! Come on EW, haven't you learned from ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT??? Give the Twilight covers a rest and give Pushing Daisies the help it deserves!!!

Alex Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 09:33 AM EST

I'll go on a limb and say that the gay character on Kings is the King's son....

Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 02:59 AM EST

ABC should try Pushing Daisies on Sundays before Desperate Housewives. PD is too much work on a week night.

michael garofolo Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 12:03 AM EST

i really hope pushing daisies doesn't end up getting the ax i love this show i also loved dead like me and am still waiting for the wrap up straight to dvd movie i heard about for that show since all tv execs think with their bankbook instead of their head i'm sure it'll end up wilting lets hope someone with a brain has the same power as ned and touches this show and gives it a new life!

Luisa Sun, Nov 9, 2008 at 11:45 PM EST

Okay, phew, it wasn't Pushing Daisies. Well, actually, I knew that, but since I'm a huge PD fan, I'm basically freaking out about it 24/7. How could ABC possibly cancel the best show on television? And I agree with a few other people here--there is NO silver lining to the brilliant PD being cancelled. I have never liked Heroes and wouldn't start watching it now because Bryan Fuller's in on it, much as I love him. And LOST can suck it for all I care--I used to love that show, but they toy with viewers too damn much, and it's been too long since it's been on, and PD is just plain better.

I don't care if it's a hopeless mission--SAVE PUSHING DAISIES!!!

Sabrina Sun, Nov 9, 2008 at 08:38 PM EST

Privileged sucks, we previewed this show at the CBS studio thing in Las Vegas and we all agreed it sucked, was boring, and not acted very well, oh I could go on.

oodelally3 Sun, Nov 9, 2008 at 12:12 PM EST

Pushing Daisies is THE best show on television. And the best show you're not watching! EW, please start including this amazing show in your TV Watch...and in your magazine!

a fan Sun, Nov 9, 2008 at 05:11 AM EST

I'm sad for PD fans. They should add Kate Walsh to the cast. She could save the show and us GA fans won't watch her face on GA again.

h Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 10:56 PM EST

WE NEED LANAAAAA!

Joan Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 09:40 PM EST

Does anyone know how DVR viewership is counted? If you're not a Nielsen family but you have a DVR, do the networks know you're watching their show? Are they keeping track of these things like the businesses keep track of your credit card purchases? Are they more likely to know a show is popular if you watch it online on the channel's own website because they can count the number of times a show is streamed? My point is, fi we're not a Nielsen family, can we register our support and save "Pushing Daisies" by watching it online or on our DVR's instead of during its regularly scheduled broadcast?

Ann Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 09:27 PM EST

I'm utterly devastated that "Pushing Daisies" is likely getting canceled. It's such a thoughtful, clever show! The writing, the set design, the costumes, the silliness, the singing, the stories about ridiculous businesses, the acting -- everyone and everything about it is so brilliant! ABC, please don't give up on the show. The strike and your decision not to bring it back immediately didn't help. Please give it more time and more support!

JoPat Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 05:56 PM EST

Now, the problem "Pushing Daisies" has is that it's produced by Warner Bros. Television. At the same time, ABC is notorious for having a bias towards in-house productions done at ABC Studios. The deal is that they make more money if they keep it in the family. The cancellation of "Pushing Daisies" in my opinion will turn this profit into blood money. I already think there's an over-saturation of in-house productions at this network, and I know it's supposed to make no difference but it still sends off this unshakable vibe.

This vibe may be that such a wonderful show would get the ax for such a petty, low reason.

Lucas Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 05:42 PM EST

sophie i'm sorry but a petition is the last thing ABC is going to listen to. they listen to their contracts with advertisers and thats it. if PD ain't making the promised ratings, ABC has to make good and that costs.

so if you wanna help stop with the easy to pad petitions and get out there and get the word out to folks to watch the show toot suite. and to tell others to watch it. if folks start now on every message board, email list, chat room, face book etc and spread the message pay it forward style make a couple of those select few ratings viewers will give the show a chance and up the dang ratings.
if you just have to do more contact ABC directly. personal messages go over a lot better than a cold petition. stream the videos, download off itunes. both are better than a 'click here to add yourself' petition.

AmyK Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:13 PM EST

There's no justice in the world if dumb shows like Supernanny and According to Jim get to stay on and Pushing Daisies gets cancelled. I guess it is true that most shows are written down to an 8 year old's level!

Rebekah Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 11:32 AM EST

I'm guessing Hahn quits Seattle Grace because she is so mad over the heart thing with Izzie.

milk Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 10:36 AM EST

Thank you so much for telling people it wasn't Pushing Daisies on your blind item. I was absolutely sure it wasn't PD, but was starting to feel bad with everyone guessing it. It would break my heart to know the cast was made of such divas.

I'm already expecting the cancellation, but at least this cheered me up. Thank you. :)

Fan Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 09:37 AM EST

WHERE ARE MEREDITH AND DEREK ON GA? MAYBE IT'S JUST ME BUT THEY DISAPPEARED FOR CRISTINA/HUNT? UGH! ALEX/IZZIE? UGH! AFTER FIVE SEASONS I WANT THEM NOT. CRISTINA IS THE NEW LESBIAN. SHE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM MEREDITH. UGH!

Future Eva Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 08:33 AM EST

I love Pushing Daisies but if that show gets cancelled I really hope Brian Fuller comes back to Heroes.

Gusar Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 08:27 AM EST

The setup of this article is just mean. I immediately noticed the first bold part saying "Privileged gets full season" and was like "Yeah!!". Then came the sad revelation. :(

DJ Rogue Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 06:52 AM EST

Yeah, I have to agree with the majority here. There is NO silver lining if PD is canceled and if I had to choose between the two - Heroes, as much as I love it, would be gone faster than the competent writing that seems to have disappeared after s1.

Now that we have a brand spankin' new president, would it be possible to get a brand new system of counting viewers so that EVERY VIEWER has a voice? Why does it come down to a vocal few having to send some sort of cutesy item related to the show to get these imbeciles to take notice that a show has more fans that what Joe SixNielsen tracks? Hell, AI's able to have "50 million" (or whatever that inflated number is) people vote on a weekly basis. Is it THAT hard with today's technology? Sheesh.

If ABC ends up canceling PD, they'll lose ALL of the props I gave them for rescuing Scrubs.

Kelly Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 06:00 AM EST

Silver lining? PAH. Heroes can go get itself nuclearized for all I care.

Nix Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 04:56 AM EST

Well I should *hope* one of the male leads in "Kings" is gay. And it better be true to the Bible story it's based on and be the Jonathan character -- Jack, I think they're calling him.

echo Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 03:56 AM EST

P.S. I adore HEROES, it's currently my favourite series. (I'm fairly certain DOLLHOUSE will knock it out of the top spot, but I'm getting ahead of myself.)
Having said that, PUSHING DAISIES is one of my other favourites — charming, unique, a delicious confection! Please don't kill it off, ABC, there truly isn't anything else like it on TV!
Has anyone or a group of someones launched a "Save Pushing Daisies" campaign? Because if one exists, sign me up — I'll send post cards, e-mails and pie if necessary!

echo Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 03:48 AM EST

To: Jesse Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:06 AM EST
Bryan Fuller was a part of Team HEROES during Season 1.

Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 02:48 AM EST

I love pushing daisies and Heroes, but if i had to pick one, heroes can bite the dust. Several of his shows have been canceled before, and they were great, wonderfalls and dead like me. Save Daisies, and stick to it bryan dont go with heroes cause that one should die already.

NYCGirl Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 02:22 AM EST

I didn't really think the blind item was about P.D., but I'm glad to have it confirmed.

??? Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 02:06 AM EST

"Kings" huh... that's one more show I won't be watching.

Beth Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 02:01 AM EST

Well, this was a liberating moment. I realized as I clicked on the "Is Gray's killing off Hahn?" link that I just didn't care. This whole de-gaying Gray's thing has just nipped my entire interest in the bud. I've made my peace and cut my ties to ABC and Shonda, too. I don't buy her "it wasn't because the character was gay" explanation. I can't wait till the show tanks.

To Jenn Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 01:01 AM EST

I totally sympathize, Jenn, but unless you have a Neilson (sp?) box, ABC doesn't care.

Unfortunately, the same goes for all of our pleas to save Pushing Daisies. Neilson viewers, please tune in!

Jenn Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:47 AM EST

You shouldn't play with us fragile Hahn fans like that. You shouldn't lie and play coy. You either know or you don't. It was foreshadowed so heavily. It's obviously true and people are just being cruel(er) by getting other fans hopes up that Grey's wouldn't be so cold and, arg, callous as to kill her after decimating her character. I will miss Dr. Hahn dearly (not that my opinion really matters since as of last night, I no longer watch Grey's).

Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:33 AM EST

THANK YOU for confirming it wasn't "Daisies". That's all I cared about. It broke my heart to even think of all that frivolity being insincere. You've made my night Ausiello! :)

linda Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:29 AM EST

do not take off pushing up daisys, bring lex luther back, bring back moonlight, keep prison break, and please do not take off hawn. also bring back the 4400, come on writers. and 3,10,8, 13 get a clue everyone loves the shows. one more thing bring back the sister on dirty sexy money, we miss the twin to jeramy....

Jesse Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:06 AM EST

If Pushing Daisies Is canceled ABC should seriously get Bryan Fuller on a contract holding deal because it would be a shame for the network to loose such a talented writer. let him create another wonderful show!!!!

BTW I think it would be horrible for Bryan to join Heroes, it is a sinking ship and he is far to good for the show.

katie Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:05 AM EST

ugh, i will seriously die if pushing daisies is canceled. okay, not really, but i'd still be annoyed. if it is, i suggest a mass email writing to other networks to pick it up-come on, it's way too good a show to be gone in less than two full seasons. i will fight for you, PD!

V Sat, Nov 8, 2008 at 12:01 AM EST

What purpose will it serve to kill Erica Hahn? It's enough they gave her this treatment, to kill her too will be a very low blow. But then again apparently they don't care anyway so it may not surprise me. I really lost respect for Grey's Anatomy. I have a sour taste in my mouth for what they did and how they handled it. Killing her off by not even showing her will piss more people off.

Miss B Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 11:51 PM EST

I'm already in mourning over Pushing Daisies. I broke up with Heroes long ago, so that's not a silver lining. But maybe Lee Pace will move back here to Texas.

As for Grey's, I wouldn't be surprised if Hahn dies in the next episode. It was definitely foreshadowed last night. Meredith's voice over was saying something about the frailty of life as Hahn was walking off into the night.

DC Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 10:58 PM EST

Pushing Daisies being cancelled and Bryan Fuller concentrating on Heroes full time IS NOT and I repeat NOT silver lining.

I will not get behind Heroes being saved as a result of Pushing Daisies biting the dust.

Meli Parker Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 10:30 PM EST

Please Don't Cancel Pushing Daisies! I think it would break my heart and countless others. It's too original to just go away. Besides, Fuller said that there might be like a Wonderfalls crossover thing...maybe. And really, how awesome would that be. Lee Pace would have to play two characters or something!

But really, the show is absolutely brilliant. No need to axe it, people will watch!

Anon Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 09:56 PM EST

It is really obvious -
the only reason no one is guessing it - or even guessing correctly is because NO ONE IS WATCHING!

It is a sad sad shame bc the show is amazing - and if you had seen the last couple of episodes you would know there really is NOT any chemistry between EITHER male leads and their new lovely ladies.... (thats all I'll say)

Jessica Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 09:15 PM EST

Michael...the Privileged teaser was down right mean! ;) I absolutely LOVE this show!!! I completely agree with you Carrie! Privileged is a far better show than 90210! I hope the CW orders more episodes!!

carrie Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 08:59 PM EST

I love Privileged! Please CW, stop promoting 9021-awful and give us more episodes

john t. Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 08:57 PM EST

pushing daisies should be fine if it stayed on the 8:00 spot right before LOST. then i'd watch top chef at 10:00. that would be my tv night!

idizzle Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 08:54 PM EST

Not only is Pushing Daisies likely a bit expensive to produce to appeal to the CW, but it also would never ever do anywhere near 6 million viewers on it. The CW doesn't reach as many households as the big 4.

Gosh, this is like the people who think cable should buy everything FOX cancels. Most of these canceled shows are not cancelled because they earn a ew pennies less than hit shows, but because the are not profitable at all. Nobody wants to buy them.

Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 08:48 PM EST

Seriously, why should we be happy Bryan Fuller would be going to Heroes. Pushing Daisies is one of the most original piece of escapism TV we have... Heroes is just blah... In ten years, people will remember PD as innovative and too smart for network TV, Heroes will be forgotten as acomic book wannabe with little point.

jcpdiesel21 Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 08:31 PM EST

I'm not sure why Lost's premiere and its subsequent airtime is bad news for Pushing Daisies. PD could still stay at its usual time with Lost airing after it if ABC indeed gives it more episodes.

JOel Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 08:20 PM EST

I'm more than certain that the CW won't mind having a show on their roster that gets 6 million viewers per ep. That's be the highest rated since The Girlmore Girls... Just saying!

Also, they should try putting Pushing Daisies after Grey's Anatomy for two weeks -- before moving it to Sundays at 8 (unless someone's still watching EM:HE)

meg Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 08:17 PM EST

grey's -- how about this one? the writers have hahn leave the hospital only to return to deal some major plot twist to one of the regulars -- she just found enough legal support to have izzie's license permanently suspended for the heart transplant case (and therefore, removed from the show)?

Lisa Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 07:58 PM EST

There is absolutely NO silver lining to Daisies biting the dust. It would thrive on Sunday nights, though. More so than a week day.

ralph Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 07:19 PM EST

PUSHING DAISIES IS HORRIBLE! i watched it once and i couldn't watch it again because it was so bad. CANCEL IT ABC IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!

irislover Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 06:52 PM EST

Has anyone else noticed that George who freaks about everything hasn't wondered even once if he "made" Callie gay?
My other complaint - Hunt would not have been able to have facial hair while on active duty. He should have been clean shaven on his first visit and stubbly when he returned.

Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 06:52 PM EST

I am pleading with ABC NOT to cancel Pushing Daisies. It is an absolutely amazing show that deserves at the very least a full season.

ia Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 06:28 PM EST

The sweetest & quirkiest show ever - "Pushing Daisies" - and now ABC may cancel it. Ugh! Networks who can't put faith in their shows suck! I am a loyal fan of "Daisies" and will miss it terribly if it is axed. Maybe one of the other networks will pick it up if it leaves ABC. Until then, I'll keep my fingers crossed that ABC will keep this creative, unique show on.

Dory Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 06:19 PM EST

ABC PLEASE ORDER MORE PUSHING DAISIES!!!!!

Sarah Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 05:46 PM EST

Moving Pushing Daisies to Friday and schedule it against Terminator would be the worst thing that could happen to the already struggling show (in case it does get the pick-up, which it simply has to!!)
Friday is the death slot and by moving Terminator and Dollhouse to Friday Fox has once again proven that they have already give up on a show that hasn't even aired its pilot yet (Dollhouse) and that this will be the last season of Terminator: TSCC as well.

Anna Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 05:43 PM EST

The only silver lining I can see if Pushing Daisies is cancelled is if it's picked up by another network.

shadester Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 05:40 PM EST

I thik she is just upset that she left. Izzy is not crazy she is just not over Denny.

James Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 05:38 PM EST

The people who thought it was PD obviously are not fans of the show. If they were, they would know everyone on the cast LOVE each other and are the opposite of divas.

Had a good laugh though reading all thoses "it MUST be PD" posts. Idiots..

Cami Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 04:44 PM EST

Yay Pushing Daisies people are not divas! I knew it wasn't poss.

MJ Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 04:28 PM EST

Callie will definitely be in tears over Erica. NOTHING else would make her lose it like that. *sighs* I hope she's OK… she's my favorite character on the show…

I hope the reports of the death of "Pushing Daisies" are greatly exaggerated. I'd rather see "Private Practice" and "Dirty Sexy Money" given their respective pink slips. Given that FOX is going to program the ultra-violent "Terminator" and the anybody's-guess "Dollhouse" on Fridays-- I'd suggest ABC move their reality dreck back against "American Idol" and counterprogram "Daisies" against "Terminator".

what i really want to know is whether or not izzie is crazy. i'll miss hahn, and her dying in next weeks episode would be an obvious way to close her character up.

Hmmmm... it's just been announced that LOST will return at 7pm CST on January 21. That's a Wednesday. That's Pushing Daisies slot. What say you, Ausiello??

Isn't it getting to be fish or cut bait time on several series? Particularly the sophomore shows? I was somewhat surprised Life is showing a Christmas episode next week. I'm guessing with DSM, Pushing Daisies, and Life, my TV watching is about to be cut in half. Looking forward to Friday Night Lights coming back though.

The people who thought it was Pushing Daisies must not have seen them rooting for each other at the Emmys. I guess I can't blame them for not watching the Emmys
