There’s more to Emmy weekend than trophies, fashion, and bad host banter. For example, there’s all the freakin’ scoop to be had! And between EW’s pre-Emmy bash Saturday night and yesterday’s main event, my scoop cup runneth over. But rather than get you all totally plastered on spoilers, for now I’m boiling the intel down to the 12 one-on-ones that will really knock you for a loop.

Brendan is NOT a Behr. He is Fehr…close but not quite the same. Now I wish it were Jason because I could see that one better than Brendan even though I love Brendan just as much as Jason.
I saw you in a report “100 % Mag”, diffused on M6, in France thus. It was for the Emmy, you considered bizarrely at the camera XD

I heard David Boreanaz say Jason Behr quite clearly- not Fehr. I would think that David would know who he was working with. I could understand the mix up if he had just said a last name since they are so close but he specifically said Jason so I am confident it is Jason Behr. I can see that more because I think Jason’s and David’s colorings, etc, would make them better siblings.
Well, guess I should’ve clicked on the Brendan link first. I hope David is embarassed to not even know the guest star’s first name!! Just like I am embarassed to not read everything before commenting. Guess I’ll go back to lurking.

I’m dying for some Mad Men scoop! The season is almost over and there’s still so much the show needs to delve into, it’s driving me crazy.
Ugh, am I the only one annoyed with the fact that this post is basically just a list of links to video interviews? If I wanted to watch all the interviews I would watch them. What’s the point of the big long list post – just say go look the emmy video interviews. Takes less time for you.

Melly, how about you actually do WORK when you’re at work, and then watch them when you get home? There’s a noble idea. That way, no one has to go out of their way for you.
Annoyed, the list is so you can decide if you actually want to “waste” the entire two minutes it takes to watch each individual clip. We’re all real sorry you don’t have the 2 minutes to spare. Seriously, are you people THAT needy?

I’m with everyone who wishes these ’spoilers’ were readable instead of watchable. I don’t have the patience to sit through all the videos. At least when I’m reading spoilers I can click back and forth between other things; with video you actually have to stop what you’re doing and watch. Anyone willing to bullet the important bits (I’m sure there aren’t many) would have my undying gratitude.
there are no *spoilers*, just red carpet pleasantries. And I don’t know what this “Ion Television” nonsense is, but William Shatner threatening that he is “on his way”(??) doesn’t sit well with me.
Wow John, wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning? Criticizing a fellow poster – not very useful and not on topic. Melly, and everyone else here has the right to prefer to read an article, than watch a bunch of video links. You have the right to watch the video links if you want, not watch them if you don’t want to, and not respond like a spoiled brat when others prefer a different form of getting information. If others ask for a synopsis and you don’t want to oblige, then quite simply don’t. No one asked you or any one else to go “out of your way” for them. Some people don’t consider it a big deal to summarize the links. So, don’t call someone needy when they did nothing to you. It makes you sound like the whiner instead.

David Boreanaz is a notorious smartass in interviews. He gave out the Roswell hint and them Michael told him it was already out there, he smirked and lied. You could tell he was saying Jason Behr to be purposely misleading.

I’m not sure what everyone is talking about.. David Boreanaz clearly said Jason Behr. I didn’t watch Roswell, but looking at Jason Behr and Brendan Fehr, I don’t know how anyone could think he got the wrong one.. I definitely couldn’t see him and Brendan Fehr playing brothers…
Nevermind. I guess TV Guide is reporting that it is Brendan Fehr.. Weird… Just going by looks, I still can’t see them as brothers… I wonder if David Boreanaz really was just trying to be misleading since the official news didn’t break yet..

John, could you please suggest how those of us who are hard of hearing see the videos? Without a proper subtitled track those of us with hearing problems can’t enjoy the videos.
Back when Ausiello was reporting at TVGuide, those who were hard of hearing or who couldn’t watch the videos because of dial-up requested a transcription in the post’s comments. The tradition has been carried over in the video posts here at EW as you can see in previous posts with videos. No one is asking you to do it so chill out.
Okay, since I’ve benefited from other people posting transcripts in the past, I’ll try to return the favor. Sorry, I only watched the videos for the shows I watch. Lost – Ben said he’s “free-floating in the dimensions of geography and time.” Claire will disappear for a while but will definitely be back for the final season. Jin’s fate is up in the air but you’ll be rewarded if you keep watching – and he just came from Hawaii yesterday so that’s a good sign. Kate doesn’t think you should necessary believe her decision is set with Sawyer. The Office – just more talk about something mementous happening with Jim and Pam in the rain (Mindy jokes that they get killed in a tragic car accident in the rain – at least I assume she was joking!). HIMYM – NPH thinks the mother will be revealed in the series finale, regardless of whether it’s this year or during a later season. Hope this helps someone
